About
The Resort Golf Club is one of Fort Worth's finest golfing destinations. The course sprawls across the rolling hills of north Texas and wraps around the shores of Eagle Mountain Lake. Mature live oaks line the narrow fairways, providing some tight holes with difficult shot selections that demand accuracy, but there are also holes with open, more forgiving tees. Golfers will want to make sure they bring a strong iron game when playing this golf course since there rock walls and bunkers strategically bordering the raised greens. There are also water hazards that come into play along the greensides and fairways. It is a golf course that will reward skill and strategy over strength alone. The 16th is one of the toughest holes but with a good approach and a bit of luck, there is an opportunity for a birdie.

Best Course I have played this Year!!
Awesome course and the grounds crew are on their game. This course is prestine and just awesome compared to other courses I have played this season. It's a must play.
Slowest round ever, left early
I was riding along with my daughter, so golf for one. Slowest round ever… No Marshall to be seen.

Great course
This is a normal course for us to play. The course is in great condition and staff was awesome. Wish they had cart girls during thr week though.

Hidden gem in N Fort Worth
As I have been told a lot of the courses in the DFW metroplex suffered due to the winter freeze. This course not only survived but has put it behind them. Excellent layout that has good to great greens that are medium fast. Fun to play with excellent customer service from all staff. Highly recommend if in the area

Fun but challenging
Great course, some fairways are tight and have bleed over from the other holes. Condition was great pace was not too bad.

The Resort Spring 21
Greens were in great shape, fairways were decent as well, some fairway spots and rough areas were under water (to be expected after all the rain we’ve gotten), some uneven tee boxes could use a little work, overall in good shape now compared to a lot of courses recovering from our winter storm this year

May 2021 1st round of the year.
The Resort is a good golf course. Very challenging and not for the long hitters. Going through some maintenance right now with some temporary tee boxes in place. Greens still in transition but almost done in the process. Couple of more weeks and the greens should be ready for summer.
