About
The Resort Golf Club is one of Fort Worth's finest golfing destinations. The course sprawls across the rolling hills of north Texas and wraps around the shores of Eagle Mountain Lake. Mature live oaks line the narrow fairways, providing some tight holes with difficult shot selections that demand accuracy, but there are also holes with open, more forgiving tees. Golfers will want to make sure they bring a strong iron game when playing this golf course since there rock walls and bunkers strategically bordering the raised greens. There are also water hazards that come into play along the greensides and fairways. It is a golf course that will reward skill and strategy over strength alone. The 16th is one of the toughest holes but with a good approach and a bit of luck, there is an opportunity for a birdie.

Their bunkers are in horrible shape. Otherwise I’d say ite in good condition.

Marshalling the course
This seems to be a common theme lately for me. There were people on the course that have no understanding of golf etiquette. Taking 15-20 minutes on one hole is ridiculous. There was no marshal out on the course moving things along on the weekend. I would recommend a friend to play this course but not on the weekends.
Not everyone is a good golfer. Let them enjoy their game They pay green fees just like you

Nice Course with Challenging Shots
Course is nice and well maintained. It has a good layout which makes you shoot a bunch of different shots. There is OB and water. Beautiful Island green hole that I definitely did not need a mulligan on. The surrounding area is very pretty and the "golf houses" surrounding the course are not bad on the eyes either.

Great course.
Marshal did a great job on keeping the pace. Drink cart girl was doing a great job as well.

Would not recommend
Tee boxes were so hard you couldn’t place your tee.
Greens were inconsistent.
Bunkers were in terrible condition.
Course layout and cart paths were poorly designed.

Slowest round ever, left early
I was riding along with my daughter, so golf for one. Slowest round ever… No Marshall to be seen.

Great course
This is a normal course for us to play. The course is in great condition and staff was awesome. Wish they had cart girls during thr week though.

Hidden gem in N Fort Worth
As I have been told a lot of the courses in the DFW metroplex suffered due to the winter freeze. This course not only survived but has put it behind them. Excellent layout that has good to great greens that are medium fast. Fun to play with excellent customer service from all staff. Highly recommend if in the area

Fun but challenging
Great course, some fairways are tight and have bleed over from the other holes. Condition was great pace was not too bad.
