Great Sunday Round
Had a great time with family and friends. Course is in great shape and we got lucky with the very volatile Springtime North Texas weather. Champions remains on the short list in our rotation; it's a real value. Will be back soon.
Hope the new clubhouse opens soon however.

Course was in great shape. With the clubhouse under construction, there is nowhere to get a drink or snack. You must wait until the cart girl finds you. Other than that, great experience.

Great course for mid-high handicap
Green we’re in excellent shape. Very soft and too fast. Fairways still need some work, but overall this is a great value for the money.

Great Track - Tough
I’m a 9 hndcp and played the white tees which I found very playable. A couple par 4s were ‘too’ short but the rest of the layout was terrific. Par 3’s I hit 9,4,8&6 irons. Great track and be sure to keep it out of trees and hazards. Come try it out.

Course Needs Attention
The course is in pretty rough shape. Several tee boxes have patchy grass at best, some fairways are like concrete and some greens are rough.
There are currently no clubhouse amenities. The pro shop is being remodeled, and there is nowhere to get any kind of beverage except from the drink cart, which we saw once during our round.
I played this course once 5 years ago and was underwhelmed. Nothing has changed over time. I’d expect a lot more from a Marriott course.

Nice Course for the price
The lay-out is very nice.. Fairways were a bit rough, but the greens were in good shape.. Clubhouse was under construction, but still a nice play for the money.

always a great place to play
They must have flooded the course because the tee boxes,fairways and greens were in excellent condition considering our drought. This is now my fav course.

Nice Course/Challenging
Golfed the Champions Circle a few times and its a fun, challenging course. Some tricky shots & tough greens. Definitely worth the $

tee boxes were dry and hard to tee up the balls
The course was in need of watering as the tee boxes were dry and harden due to lack of watering.

Bad service and rough conditions.
Not worth 60 dollars. Camoer is club house. When i checked in worker did not recongnize i had paid i had to go home and get receiot. Bad all around
Day and Night
All in all a good value for a Sunday morning. The greens were in good shape, with the fairways having vertical cuts and some rough spots throughout the course. Because of the sale of land for Bigshots, the front 9 plays way longer than the back 9. From the gold, there were a few par 4s on the front at 400 yards, with a couple on the back below 300 yards. Of course, short does not mean easy. The best part was the pace, with much fewer golfers on the course. We plaid at our pace the whole 18.

Enjoyable
Teeing off at 924 and finishing at 112 on a Saturday is pretty good! Greens could use a good combing otherwise course played really well. Looked as if they just got done racking the fairways. Course was greenish for early April and greens played consistently! Challenge from whatever tees you play from.

Great course
Good course, had a 4some infront of us that was going a bit slow but still finished 18 holes in around 4 hours.
