Lakewood Country Club of Naples sprawls across 52 lush acres that is home to an abundance of wildlife, including several different bird species. Located just outside of downtown Naples, Marco Island is just a few minutes away. The golf course snakes around four freshwater lakes, the sparkling waters contrasting beautifully with the native trees and shrubs that border the fairways and greens. The par-60 course is ideal for beginners, offering a round with a conveniently quick pace of play that will still put your short game skills to the test. Making putts is particularly challenging. Most of Lakewood Country Club of Naples's greens are elevated and you'll encounter water on 14 holes. There are also 28 bunkers strategically placed throughout. Every hole has a risk-reward scenario in play, which keeps the low handicappers happy but also gives new golfers the confidence to tackle the golf course without the fear that it's too much to handle.

Beautiful day and enjoyable round. Good condition make this executive course fun and challenging. The small greens make you think twice about you club selection and swing; as a little over or short can put you in the heavy rough quickly. Staff is friendly and the course is fun. 100 bucks was a bit steep for this course but heck you’re in Naples land of multi millionaires, so golf ain’t cheap. Course conditions average, greens typical pace for Florida, but at least had grass.

Not sure I’d play again only if cheaper.

short course. With that said, the tee noxes, fairways and greens in very good shape. Course good to work on short game. Don't need any clubs over 200 yrs. Except 1 hole could drive to green. Water made it nice views, nothing hard. I'd play again for price and short game practice. Pace was. 2.5 hours for 18.
