Martin Downs Country Club - Osprey Creek Course

An ok, shorter course with enough hazards to make it interesting, but the condition of the greens (they were hideous, with large sandy areas with not grass at all)

Fairways are in decent shape.

Greens look bad,big t roll good.

Overall the course is worth the money.

They are trying too bring the course back.

Course is in better shape than previous months. Greens still in poor shape, though. Staff friendly. Carts modern (but no gps). Tough to complain for current rates but can't give higher than 3 stars based on condition of greens.

Nice layout and the course was in good shape overall, but the greens need some work.

Course was very inexpensive. Works well if ur just looking to practice. Fairways were pretty good. Traps have improved a little but heavy and scarce sand. Greens are not in good shape. Many bare spots. Lots of bumps. Ball does not roll well. Very slow even with bare patches. It's good if you want to practice vs using a range.

A lot of work to improve after the bad recent weather.. Greens are. :-( . They could use a little help

Not returning here until.they spend some money on green repairs. Greens are barren in spots with spray paint and sand covering. They spent no money this summer to improve them

Great course Great staff good long course lots of challenges greens need some help but lots of fun looking forward to my next round

This is still a very challenging course, but some of that is due to the shape that it is in. Most greens are impossible to putt on, some had deep ruts and some where essentially another bunker.

Rough and fairway were not normal grass, it just all seemed like st augustine and crab grass cut to different lengths. The course is a shell of its former self, as the layout is very good but man it needs a lot of help.

Course is forgiving with good layout and challenging par 3 holes. Par 4 are reachable in 2 and birdies are available. Fun times for all.
