Bay Point Resort - Nicklaus Course

Top notch course best suited for advanced players.

It was a chilly day with wind at us the whole time but we still had a great time

Took us 3:15 to play 18..perhaps the wind kept some folks away.

Love hole 4and5 with those views...friendly Marshalls and starter

The staff were great. They had no sandwiches on the cart so the cart lady took it upon herself to get some cold sandwiches made. And they were very good. The course was not in prime condition but this was mid February so I thought the green fees should have been a bit cheaper. All in all I’d play it again but for a twosome at $95 each it was too expensive.

Our first winter round in Panama City Beach was all we could want...greens were surprisingly smooth and fast...layout had some nice variety..we already made another tee time

Fairways are starting to fill in but still thin. Greens roll true. Staff was friendly. Weather was great.

Had a great time playing this unique course. Did the Par 3 version and it was a mix of interesting and challenging holes. Perfect practice track or one to play w/ junior golfers. Like to see the greens faster so it mirrors full course conditions, but was early Feb so possibly just off- season speed. Staff was great...friendly and helpful. (Lose the goofy foot golf holes though...just ruins the scenery & vibe).

Solid Jack layout, enjoyable to play, great views on bayfront holes...overall a fun track to play and I would come back. Staff very friendly & helpful. Could use some on-course TLC to prime it up, but it was early Feb. Greens slow-ish but quality grass...again off-season conditions. Tighten those up and course is tournament quality and a real test.

Tee time advertised a bag of range balls with the green fee despite the range being closed.

Course, signage, not easy to follow. Cart was good, people at front desk/clubhouse were friendly. Once outside cart pickup was not organized, no scorecard, no directions on were to go to start, no starter once first hole was located.

This is a course located right on the Bay. Virtually every hole has large water hazards and perfectly placed and maintained white sand traps, making every shot a challenge. It was February and the greens and fairways were in great shape for a zone 9 course. It will only get better as spring breaks.

Really enjoyed the course. The fairways had not greened up yet and the greens were slow but in good shape

Could use better signage, both on the course and getting to the course.

Signage, etc is fine. Just pay attention.

Played after college tournament wrapped.up. was surprised how slow greens were. Pretty course. Slightly above average condition. Would play again. Would say it is overpriced but then the market supports it so alls fair.
