Over priced for the condition of the greens. Course has a lot of potential but seems to need someone managing it.

I will start with this , greens are very poor and for the money I paid to play it wasn’t up to par . Maybe 75 bucks would be more like it . Also the course is very long make sure you play the right tees . Overpriced at the moment please fix the greens , it’s not worth the 125 I was charged .

Greens were terrible and we were not notified upon arrival. Starter told us hole 1 had a false green, and that the rest of the course looked great, it indeed did not. The greens had bald spots, sand, patches, and holes all over them, you would have a better chance chipping rather than putting. I wouldn’t leave this review however, the course has a long way to go before I’d pay these prices here ever again. $25 course at best due to the greens.

Always a nice place to play on vacation with lifelong buds on an annual gathering. Panama City Beach has fewer courses than at times from the past but usually this is best place to play. There were many challenges this day due to some, necessary I'm sure, green maintenance which left normally perfect greens impossible with heavy sanding and repair work. We will be back next year! Hopefully to the great course we've grown accustomed to each year! Staff there is as always first class!

They have lost their greens. It is impossible to putt. Complete waste of time and money.

Loved the course layout but the greens I would expect to be in way better condition, mind you I don’t know if they’ve been working on the or what but while playing today they were pretty patchy and bouncing for the most part, only sank about 5 puts all day

This is by far the worst golf course i have ever played in my life, it’s understaffed and under managed. You have to finish every hole once you get on the green (if you want to even call it a green) because you simply cannot putt on it. SAVE YOUR MONEY

We got there, went in to pay, and the very friendly attendant said “there’s a discount today because we just punched the greens”. Sucks but it happens. Understandable. Carried on to the practice range, where we quickly learned they only allow you to hit irons because the range is short, and the highway is nearby. Ugh, but whatever, we’ll make do. We tee off after trying our best to make small talk with the highly unsocial starters. Yes. Two of them. Sitting together in a single cart. Any way, we go off, we get to the first green and punching was NOT the problem. It was nothing but a few weeds on top of some sandy dirt. We thought “well maybe it’s just a green they are working on”, and continued to play on. Nope. They got progressively worse. In fact, they are the worst greens I’ve ever played on, and I’m poor. I’ve played some absolute goat pastures. I cannot remember worse greens than these. We powered through, had a blast anyway, and enjoyed our day. The course layout is really fun. Some challenging holes, some wide open holes. A little water here and there. I bought a hat in the pro shop to commemorate the most disgusting greens on planet earth.

We played here on 5/28/26 and it did suck that it was cart path only for the whole course but what made it even worse was the price we paid to play and the greens where in horrendous shape and was unplayable. If I’m going to pay 125 dollars to play a round of golf I want to be able to putt as well. Very unacceptable should have been told something at the club house or lowered the price.

Fairways looked good but the greens were the worst I've seen! They not be charging $100+ at this course!

Greens fees were $130 a round. They discounted the greens fee to $113.

This course because of the greens is a $40 course.

90% of the Putting Greens were Half Grass and Half Sand. Very bumpy and not well kept.

They need to close the course and repair the Greens or make temporary Greens and at least cut the rate in half.

If you think you have ever played on a course with horrible greens! You havent until you experience this place. Little dude in the clubhouse was like, Enjoy your round buddy! No forewarning, no reduced rate. Just stick it in your bung real good. Rest of the course was fine.

The saddest part was the greens where total trash. They were mostly dirt and fungus filled. Communication from the staff was poor. We played the front 9 and pace of play was was wonderful. When we got to the back 9 we were not informed of a Jr. Tournament and pace of play was 30 minutes a hole. We played 2 holes and quit our round and ask for half our money back. They did apologize and refunded half our cost. Not woth the cost what so ever! Would post a picture, but the app is not responding to letting me add one.

Greens were in the worst condition I’ve ever played. Definitely not worth the money for the condition. Played 2 years ago and the course was in good shape.

Putting surfaces were all sand and on top of that 2” of rain the day before made it like a sandy river bank!

Worst part of this was the fact that when we checked in person in Pro Shop or the starter even mentioned it.

When we checked in this should have been explained. Visiting from another State and got this Hot Deals pricing was no longer exciting!

We played anyway and great layout with normal conditions for fairways this time of year.

Feel as if someone should give me some compensation!

Ive seen this course in better shape. Most of the greens were washed out with the grass patchy at best. The fairways and tee areas were acceptable but the recent rains made it soft and you had to take care to not put ruts in the fairways. We tried to stay on the paved cart paths. I was told that the greens had been punched and the rains washed out the grass. Lots of chemicals to encourage grass recovery were prevalent. It will be a while before the greens recover. In the meantime, let the course rest.

The Grange were absolutely horrible was not warned before we tied off how bad the greens were burned completely up
