Madison Green Country Club

Course has a number of maintenance issues. A lot of water creates interesting challenges. Snack bar a plus.

We’ve played this course a couple times MANY years ago and really liked the layout, conditions and experience. This time, course maintenance and conditions were a mess. The starter warned us and he was spot on. GPS system does not give you yardages - Yikes! It was relatively inexpensive to play late in the day, but not worth the time. Stopped into the pub for a sandwich. Not worth it and incredibly noisy with a couple regulars yelling into a mobile phone the whole time we were there. Hope they can survive.

I don’t usually write bad reviews- but I felt compelled to warn anyone that has never played here.

Pulled up to clubhouse and was thinking it was a nice place. Went to range and hit off an old Matt on top of a concrete slab.

Starter told us they were running 10 minutes behind.

The entire course was diseased and a goat track. Terrible conditions.

5 hr round on top of that.

Felt like I got a good deal when booking a hot deal, but then felt like I was robbed at the end of it.

It’s a shame because it has good bones to be a nice course and local gem. But it needs a ton of work.

I would avoid this place and play other places nearby for the money.

The fairways and greens were in terrible condition. I can not believe they aren’t telling people that it is such poor condition before you book. It was almost unplayable. The greens had large bare areas.

Course in the area that are in good condition charge almost double than MG, since the started remodeling it has gotten much better. There are a some fairways that have dirt but majority of them are pretty good. Some of the greens are in bad condition, but majority are honestly fine IMO. The course is difficult though, if your not hitting it straight bring lots of extra balls.

For the price, the course, the restaurant and bar, range with mats and (grass is open M W F and Weekends), practice chip and putt area (chip area wasn’t allowed but it looked fine to use so probably will be available soon.

People who think 18 holes for 75$ on a Sunday before noon in west pam beach in March is too expensive, doesn’t realize how expensive golf courses are down here during busy season. I didn’t want to leave a comment so people stay away TBH.

Insulting to charge $75 for this. Any course is better than this.

Madison use to be a nice golf course. Poor fairway quality, total of nice green 3 on 18 holes! My friend who played wtih me today, played last year and noticed than the course this year is in really bad shape! $72 for the round is a rip off!

The course layout is great, The front 9 greens were is good shape but the back 9 greens need work!

This could be a nice golf course. However, the course needs some TLC. The fairways need to be reseeded and watered more often. At times we were hitting off of dirt instead of grass. Some of the greens were great others were terrible. Again some TLC is needed on these greens. The golf carts have speed governor's that are super sensitive. Sometimes we could hardly move in the carts even around the club house. The pitching and putting greens were not open but the course did give our twosome a small bucket of balls to hit to warm up.. .

Nice people and layout but the fairways were in rough shape and the greens were also in rough shape and very slow

Enjoyed playing this course. It was convenient to where I was staying. It was pretty, but I did not expect so much water. Bring extra golf balls. The greens were okay, real slow. Overall, was a good day out!

Great course but difficult for the average player. We had fun with a couple from Massachusetts. An Ah—- 3some on 16 wanted to play thru when we were waiting anyway. jerks!!

Greens are rough in some areas but all in all good golf.

Will be back again

Played last year around this time and the course was in a lot better shape… for the price I feel the greens should be kept up better.
