Nice course
Enjoy playing this course. Have played it many times and it is always challenging. 18 holes out and back so bring some refreshments or buy them from the cart girl!
Tiffany golf
The traps are terrible, the greens had many ball marks but they did roll pretty well. Fairways were in need of mowing but it was wet. I would say that maintenance is the main reason for my rating.

Slow Round, Crazy Rough
Tiffany is a great layout and fun to play. BUT, not for anyone over a 13 handicap right now. The primary rough right off the fairway is very tough. In fact our group lost balls just barely off the fairway. Which of course made all groups waste time looking for their balls if not in the fairway. And forget about the secondary rough. They grow this up to your knees every year and it is an automatic lost ball. Same around the sand traps. Not sure why they think losing balls is so fun. And the slowing of play to search. We had two groups on tee boxes on a number of holes. No fun.

Great course - especially if you keep it in the fairway
Always love the layout of this course, with a good variety of holes, lengths, and lots of water. If you hit it in the rough, good luck, since it is very thick (on purpose), which is one of the challenges of this course. Also, the fairways, for the most part, are fairly wide and have pretty gentle slopes, while the rough has you hitting off very uneven lies, so you reap what you sow. Lol.
There’s a substantial difference in yardages between the five tee boxes, as well as options on the score card to play hybrid tees (reds and whites, blues and whites, etc.) so you can play the course very long or very short or anything in between.
Only complainant is that there are a lots of poorly repaired pitch marks on the greens. Everything still rolled pretty well, but it would be nice if other players could be a bit better about fixing their ball marks.
They’ve also installed some nice mats for the driving range, which is great, since the tee boxes there weren’t always in the best condition.

Tiffany
I enjoy playing Tiffany and the course condition is improving. We were finally able to drive carts on the fairway which was nice. The only thing to complain about is that there is no marshal. We had a group ahead of us with 1 1/2 holes open in front of them by number 8.. Someone needed to move them along.

If you like to walk...
We've played here many times before and generally love it unless it's cart path only. That slows down the game tremendously [when "big hitters" spray the ball everywhere rather than targeting the ball closer to the cart path] even though I understand the desire to save the course. I'll call before I go again...

The course thst could've been
No reason this should be cart path only this time of year. At least 90° rule.
Bunkers are garbage, weeds, no rakes, dry af.
Greens were bricks. Just water them regularly. Some greens WAY to much sand some already burned out and its only April.
The course itself is well designed ,LONG and challenging with enough forgiveness.

Great value
The course and greens are in excellent condition exiting Winter. The pace of play was very good. The drink cart saw us three times. A food hut for the turn would be nice, but we had a great time.

Season off to a wet start
Tiffany, a great layout is still wet from the winter and spring. Great value still, but the fairways need to dry out and the greens need to be rolled a few times.
