Course was not in good condition, poor fairways and greens. Great layout but was in much better shape the last time I played it.
Fun Course
A fun and challenging course and a great group of regulars who play. Staff is great and gets no better than Alex Noll, Head Golf Professional, who's passion and knowledge about golf is unmatched. As a former collegiate golfer, I appreciate this type of culture.

Needs water
Played this course as I was told it would be a great course. Staff was fantastic. Some of the best I've dealt with all year. Course layout is enjoyable. However the course is super dry. Fairways, tee boxes even greens were dry. The greens overall are terrible since nobody knows how to fix thier ball marks. It's take a few seconds to fix a ball mark. If the course got water it could be a nice course. Would try again once they start watering the course.

Greens a bit rough
The course was overall in decent shape but a number of the greens were pretty rough. Lots of damage from ball impacts. Speed of greens were somewhat inconsistent also IMO.

A reliable golf club, greens are always high quality and plenty of fun/challenging holes.

Upkeep Is Lacking
Use to be a favorite course. But greens not too good and needs be mowed like it was at one time.

Worst shape I’ve seen the course in
Every single green is absolutely beat to death by divots. Their members must not care at all. Crab grass all along the fringe and fairways. Not worth the $72 at the moment.

First time playing this course in about 12 years. Last time it was in terrible condition. Much better now, but the t-boxes and greens were pretty poor. Couldn’t putt without running through pock-marks and burnt-out areas. Seemed like few players repaired on-green divots. Could be much better.

Slow Day on Tiffany
Tiffany is in great shape, albeit the rough is absurdly tall. Lost balls or impossible shots out of the stuff. It also lends itself to slow play as people search for lost balls. As result we waited on every shot, sometimes 15 minutes on a tee box. And this on a Tuesday afternoon. Can't imagine playing on the weekend.

Don’t go on Mondays
Our tee time was never called and there were groups of 8 that were playing ahead of us. There was a tournament in the morning but we should have been notified if they were letting a group of 8 play in front of us.

Great track
2nd playing this course while out in KC for business and didn't disappoint. Great price, and course was in good condition. Greens had a few too many ball marks and carts don't come with sand so divots are left exposed. Course is shorter by challenging and fun with all the creeks, water crossings, ponds and bridges.

Challenging course at a fair rate.
Like all of KC, it was burnt so that kinda sucked but otherwise it’s a great place. But water everywhere so it is definitely a ball loser

Potential but not kept
The course layout was great, but the conditions were not that great. The roof was awful and not well-kept. There were tons of weeds everywhere, as well as on the fringe of the greens and the greens were in OK shape at best.

$50 club rental each for my out of town guests and the driver head broke off on 1st hole with no refund. Worst condition I’ve ever seen this course in. No Marshall onsite regulating play, with twosomes slowing everyone down.
