Course renovation: Misty Creek Country Club underwent a comprehensive golf course renovation, which included re-grassing all areas, rebuilding bunkers, upgrading the driving range, and installing a new irrigation system. The course was temporarily closed for these improvements and reopened to the public in November 2025.

Only thing I can remotely say negatively about this course was some of the fairways were patchy. Greens were great. Tee boxes and sand traps were great. Course was an absolute blast to play. Staff and clubhouse staff were fantastic. If you haven’t given this course a try. You need to!!

Loved the nature on the back side of the course. Greens and fairways in great condition. Rangers and staff were friendly. Awesome place to play a round of golf.

Great course and value
I have player here a lot, love the course and the greens... only blemish is some of the fairways were really dry, burned... looks like they are working them, but not getting enough water it appears. Guessing no rain is hurting to some degree... will definitely be back as the course if really good.

This course had been on my list for a while. It was a pleasant experience, but nothing special. The greens had just been topdressed and we played in the early morning so everything was sandy. As the round wore on and things dried out, it was better. Sand mix on the driving range too. Very nice/friendly staff and it was a quick round.

Course condition has declined
I was bragging to my friend about how great Misty Creek is and how wonderful the conditions are. However, when we played things were not that great. A number of tea boxes were chewed up. There were bad spots on some of the greens. And some of the rough and fairways were pretty thin.
It’s still one of the most beautiful courses in the area. I hope to come back sometime when the conditions have rebounded.

Love playing Misty Creek.
The got-leg par 5's are challenging for this sub ninety golfer !, but I enjoy the layout and the Flora & Fauna. We saw old orange groves, bougainvillea and variety of palms. There were abundant animals including deer, armadillo, alligators as well as Sand Hill Cranes, Spoon Bills and Heron. Fairways were a bit dry as evidence of the lower water level in adjacent ponds. Overall, it was a great day of golf.
