Good course for short game practice
I have played Village Green many times and enjoy it’s challenges for my short game. The traps are much better than last year. The “greens” are mostly yellow and hard. Quite bumpy. They are being worked on currently and may come around some by the end of summer.
Fun little course
My wife and I just started golfing and this course is right around the corner from us. Fun course to practice on and get confidence up.
Good location, good Golf course for a semi-compact, 18 holes in a row without doing twice the same 9
Nice short course for iron practice
Greens are in need of attention, cart paths badly worn and clogged with tree roots as well as ruts, and the bunkers need new sand,. It is a fun course with only 3 par 4’s but a great way to work extensively with short irons for pitches, chips, and bunker play. There is no range so warm ups take place during play.
Friendly staff. Greens in great shape and most fairways in good shape. Some Tee Boxes struggling. Cart paths in need of new pavement. You can walk. Played 18 holes in 345 on Sunday afternoon. Fairly open for the average player. You will enjoy it!
Short but Sweet!!!!
Village Green is a short but challenging course. The staff was very friendly and the pace of play was excellent.. Despite the course being shorter than most, it still offers challenging play.
Really bad course. Tee boxes were awful. Fairways were bad (need watered). and the greens were not greens. Not a good course.
The condition of course
Tge condition of the course was terrible. All sand.. course too short.. overpaid.. the layout of the course was confusing at times.
