Sebastian Municipal Golf Course

Tee to green has perfectly placed bunkers/hazards with fair landing areas.

Staff was very helpful. My GPS gave me wrong directions. A staff member stayed on the phone with me while directing me to their location. Greens were amazing, rolled very nice.

The course is a typical city course open and fair, but it is in very good shape. Greens have a nice roll kind of speedy and the fairways are lush (especially the back nine) Very pretty course. Only complaint I have is there is only 1 water (with the bathrooms) on each 9. Bad part is the water in the fountain is warm. They make the bathrooms to where you pass by them 2 times per nine, but with warm water is does you no good. Take a cooler

The course is in very good shape. The layout brings water into play on several holes but allows for layup possibilities. The greens are fast, consistent, and hold approach shots well. Green side bunkers are also consistent and well maintained. The course should offer a moderate challenge to low handicap players as well as an enjoyable round to those like me with high and mid level handicaps.

Not what you would call memorable, but certainly adequate for the money. Greens look rough, but actually roll well. Lots of work going on to improve drainage which I hear can be a problem. All in all, not great, not terrible, right in the middle.

Course has a nice layout and was in excellent condition except for the 10th fairway that is having an irrigation system installed. Good pace of play.

The course was very wet due to recent rain. Cart paths and rough only. This slowed the pace. Otherwise very good. They are working on a new drainage system. Good move!

Course was not inn good shape. Many areas were still very wet and muddy from previous rains. Greens were fine and medium speed. Back and forth golf on front and 6 decent holes on back. If you want water bring your own cup or pay .50 for a cup to put water in. Staff was you would expect at a municipal golf course.

Course is under repair at a few holes. They do not tell you about it til you get there. The last two times there it has been cart path only. You only find out when you get there. There should be an email or some kind of notice to that fact. I would not recommend this course for at least another six months and then I would call ahead to see what kind of condition it is in. The staff is terrific and the restaurant has great food and service.

Course was in good condition, staff was excellent. pace of play was excellent! overall it was a really good day to be out playing golf. would highly recommend the course to anyone wanting to play a nice open course. Well maintained county facility

Wet and cart paths only. Grounds are also under repair.I got a deal with golf now but won't play it unless i call.

Greens recently plugged and sanded. Will be a couple of weeks yet before greens are back to normal.

Have played this course many times in the past have always enjoyed it but this time not so much. Unaware that the greens had been punched no big deal but didn't like the fact that they had some kind of tournament in the morning before our tee time that caused quite a backup, no one to blame but myself need to start calling these places in the future to check course conditions and whether or not they have any functions going on

Course for the most part is forgiving. It has a few challenging holes that can make you pay! Greens are coming down with something, i just hope they can take care of the problem.

Sebastian is by far the best municipal golf course in the area. It's an easy course (as it should be) but still has some interesting holes. We played the back tees which added some challenges in the wind. Stop in at the Crows nest for cold a/c and a cold beer. Other city courses should take notes.
