Way above par!
This is one of the better courses in the area. Staff treats you like an old friend. On course workers are extremely friendly and courteous. Courses here are always in great shape and greens are very quick.if you haven't played here, or it's sister course Deer Run, you are missing out on an enjoyable experience. I am a winter visitor from Sarnia, Ontario and never pass up a chance to play here. Pat

Great Day
We had a brief frost delay which had some folks cancelling so as we teed off the full 18 holes were like we had the course to ourselves, excellent day. Sylvia is terrific.
Phenomenal
Excellent course. Standards are high and it shows. Great staff that went above and beyond to make sure you are happy. Will be making the trip back for sure.
Great Course
We've played both courses a day. Turtle run is the newer course - a must play!! The only improvement on the DEER-Run Course they should make in early future are the cart-paths - the course is also in a great shape
Great Course
Deer Run is in excellent shape especially due to the amount of rain we have been experiencing lately,
Greens are fast and smooth.
Fairways are well manicured and maintain a distinct difference between fairway and rough. The rough is not too deep or difficult, but requires the player to think of the shot being played.
Good layout
Nice Layout with various elevation changes. Greens were recently plugged and sanded and were bumpy. However when they fill in they are nice with rolls and contours

Outstanding Golf Track
Fairways and greens were in perfect condition. Liked the towel & tees provided with the cart. Will definitely play here again.

Prettier every time we play here! You can tell they are putting a lot of time and money into improving the course. Greens are flawless and the whole layout is very well designed. The entire staff is so friendly. We play quite a bit of golf all over Florida and this is at the top of our list!
great conditions on Turtle
I have not played turtle in about 2 years, they reall cleaned it up nice, not that it was ever messy. Lots of positive improvements, you can always tell when they are willing to put $$ back into a course. Like Arnold said, " I'll Be Back".
This course was in excellent condition.
The greens were fast and true, and the fairways and tees were in excellent shape!

very enjoyable round, greens rolled well , be carefull on 18 water comes into play on both sides, hidden up short of green, one of the best courses in the heartland area
Similar to Stonegate Oaks course (Poincianna), Highlands Ridge North course (Avon Park), & Plantation Palms(Land O Lakes)
12:55 tee time. Free Birthday Round & free range balls Special direct from Course Web site normally a $50 round. Greeted @ Pro Shop desk by "Kay" who was extremely friendly & welcoming. Was teamed up w/ a member, Jim P, who was extremely nice & made for a fun round. The course is in great shape. Tee boxes & fairways are plush. Rough are short enough to spot errant shots quickly. Large, elevated greens have been revamped within past 2 years & are fast & roll true. The course layout is fun. It contrast the Turtle Run course in that it is wider open but longer. Will definitely come back w/ wife & friends.
Similar to Glen Abbey GC, Cypresswood G&CC, & The Preserve @ Turnbull Bay.
10:45 Tee time. Course aerified & had Aerification special going on. Fun course in subdivision setting. Challenging layout. Tee boxes & fairways in decent shape but in no means pristine. Greens sandy; still pretty fast. Will play again if course offers other specials to public.
