Significant improvement has been achieved during the past three months in greens condition as well as sand traps. Much improvement still needed in fairways as they are in poor condition.

Greens were C+ to B+. Fairways need work. Staff excellent. I always enjoy playing here

Had a special to golf here so I tried it.. it is not plush by any means. I fed however enjoy having the course to myself and practice without worrying about pace.. reput rechip no issues

The fairway on the front nine was spaese on grass and very rough driving on but the greens were much better than fairways. The back nine was gust as rough but there was better vegitation on the fairways.

Tees, fairways, and greens are in horrible condition. Whole course is basically like the grass in your back yard. Tees are basically dirt, fairways are in such a rough shape, would hit straight on the fairway and still have trouble seeing my ball. Greens are dirt as well barely can roll. Swear a pro would hit over 100 here. There is such a thing as practice courses but this is not one of them, you’re honestly better off using their range to better your game than their course. Most rates here are under $20 but even at that low price you get nothing out of this course.

Never expected much, course has been in rough shape over the past few years. Pleasantly surprised that the greens are coming in/back nicely. Still have a ways to go with fairways having turff grass instead of lawn grass and weeds. Looking forward to the future.

no grass on fairway- typical for public cheap Florida. Greens were over seeded and better than in December.. no maintenance on fairway or tees. good carts, maybe improvements coming after development on old driving range brings new players an cash to owners. Rack rates are too much for the course conditions.

Oak Hills has a great course layout. It is reasonably challenging. Unfortunately, the grass, greens, and cart paths leave a lot to be desired.

Who is in charge of pricing .. they must be smoking singing funny.. nothing about this course is worth $20

Good be a great course. Unfortunately absolutely no upkeep of the grounds. We were one of few groups playing, so we were free to take our time. In light of the poor upkeep, $40 green fees made it an average value. Friendly staff member behind the desk, but no ammenities.

This place shouldn’t even be open. It looks like a prehistoric land where dinosaurs used to roam. Absolutely terrible conditions.

If they put some $ into the conditions this would be a great track. Layout, surrounding homes resemble a high end course. Conditions make it almost unbearable. A shame.
