Putting greens
Greens are rough and why would you put a cup right on a ridge of a green
New ownership has kept the course open but it’s not worth it
This course is short (under 6k yards from the tips) but it has charm and it is a beautiful piece of land. The cart paths are just so so bad. The new owner over books the place so bad and there is no marshal or anyone keeping order. I had to wait 10 to 20 minutes between every single shot I took. My tee time was 12:48 and I didn’t finally tee off until 1:12. Finished the front 9 at 3:50. I requested a rain check for the back 9 because it was so bad. I spent all of 2025 dealing with this exact problem at this course and now it is the same thing with ZERO improvement to the course or property. Until it is fixed I would not recommend.

Needs lots of work
Greens were in very poor shape. Fairways were ok. Tee box was poor to fair. Sand traps were 90% dirt. Course of play was horrible we even talked to Marshall an he did nothing. Took over 5 hours an 15 minutes to play
Waste of time
Pace of play due to a tournament was ridiculously slow. As many as 3 groups backed up on each hole thru the front nine. Took 3+ hours to play the front nine.
The course itself left a lot to be desired. More weeds than grass around the greens, and the greens had more bare spots than desired. Even though the tournament was "finishing up", there wasn't a single Marshall or course staff member trying to enforce the pace of play .
I now see why the fees are what they are. Won't be back!
Course play
The course was very busy so the pace of play was very slow. The course is in very good condition.
3.5 hours for 9 holes and Terrible conditions
3 1/2 hours to play 9 holes. There were 3-4 groups waiting on EVRERY HOLE!
Fairways had no grass, greens were totally trashed and a few tee boxes had poorly sowed in new sod; the rest of the boxes had no grass
WOULD NOT SUGGEST WASTING YOUR TIME AND MONEY
Staff
I really was excited to play at this golf course. Our group had just finished teeing off from the blue tees on hole one. The entire card ended up getting par. Then we started piling up on hole two because there was a lot of us. It was our first time using our pitching wedge on hole two and we didn’t hit the green from the blue tees, the staff member was out there and said you guys aren’t good enough to play from the blue tees you should scoot up so there doesn’t become a jam anymore(since there was quite a few of us playing). We are all definitely good enough to play from the blue tees and we shot really well from it at the end of the day. We were demotivated to play the entire rest of the day because somebody told us we weren’t good enough to play from the blues after one bad pitching wedge shot. We were constantly being watched with our group by the workers and we didn’t appreciate how they were making us feel because we felt rushed as we were playing.
We recommend that if you don’t want a jam on a whole, then please space your tee times out more, because on beautiful days like ours where there could be every tee time taken up, it wouldn’t cause as many pile ups.
Trash greens
Usually this course greens are pretty good but they were trash. Spots all over some greens with no grass at all.
