Best course in the area
I was truly impressed with the layout of this course. It is a truly a beautiful course and it's a great value. I played it early in the spring, as the staff was getting it ready for the season. I would love to play it in the summer or fall. This is my new favorite course when visiting the Louisville area.
Great course
Excellent course conditions for being the end of March I am looking forward to playing this course again in the prime of summer
Probably the best public course in Louisville Area
Good conditions for the time of the year. Greens a little slow.
Fun course to play
I have played heritage several times but the staff and layout makes it one of my favorite courses. The layout can be as hard as you want or enjoyable like yesterday when my wife and I are out for the first time this year. The tees and fairways are always great and eventhough I have played better greens these are always very good and fun for a 13 handicapper like myself.
Nice layout lots of sand
First time playing this course. Will be beautiful during the summer. Need a lot of different shots to get around.
Nice track
Nice track. We played on a day when it had been snow covered for weeks pryer and still green were in good shape. Very impressed. Best value in the Louisville area.
Great early year round
Great round of golf for February. Course was in excellent shape for just being rained on & 2 weeks worth of snow melted off. Not too soggy at all. Best deal of the year.... So far.
Heritage Hiils, I'll be back
Zoysia has gone dormant, but had plenty of sushion and spring. Traps needed work, but still in decent shape after rain 3 days prior. Hard to beat the GolfNow green fee, Normal is 60 on a weekend. Always enjoy the short trip. About 20 miles from downtown Louisville.
H H is a hidden gem
this course is always great and i didnt see a deer one hunting season is in all you can play for 25
One of our favorite places to play golf.
Staff was excellent. Went out of their way to help. When I finished my round, I found I had a flat tire. One of the clubhouse workers let me fill my tire form the golf cart garage.
I very much appreciated the help!
Good deal for November
Heritage Hill is a great layout. The greens are a little slow this year. They look faster than they actually are. I would say they are rolling at about 7.5 - 8 on the stimp. The overall course condition is really good. I'd just like to see the greens rolling at around 10. Greens are always slower in November, but they have been slow all year.
Great Round!
Really enjoyed my round. The Golfnow cost was really a good value for this course.
This course needs help every where possible.
Was not impressed at all for what they charge. The staff was short handed. The course maintenance was terrible. Bunkers are washed out with no sand. Took forever at the turn to pick up food.
Great layout
This course is a hidden gem. It is many coures in one depending which tee you play from. I would recommend this course to all my playing friends.
Beautiful course
One of my favorite courses.
Greens are smooth and fast but roll true.
Ample fairways but trouble if you miss them.
Plenty of elevation changes with spectacular views.
Wide concrete cart paths throughout.
Very picturesque course
Probably my favorite course to play in the Louisville region. Very well maintained greens, bunkers, cart paths and ponds. Fairways have some issues with clover unlike at other times I have played. Some holes are very surprising and fun based on their topography. Many hills and valleys. Walking is not allowed because of some long distances between holes. Truly a delight to play.
Great course with excellent risk / reward and balance for long shots and target shots.
Excellent course with great balance of holes for big hitters and target golfers. Greens a little soft but mostly even and consistent. One of the nicest courses in the area.
Great condition
Would play this course again. Fairways and greens in good condition. Back side had water hazards and is tighter than the front.
Excellent Course!
The course is about 20 miles south of Louisville Metro. I found it by searching for best courses in the area on Google. Played from the white tees, nearly all of the par 5's are reachable in 2 with quality shots.
One drawback, for me, about this course is that there are several tee shots (on both par 3's and par 4's) from significantly elevated tees. I just don't love those, although I must admit that they were beautiful views.
Greens rolled true. Putts were straighter than they looked. Not a lot of putts needed to be played outside the cup.
I'll play here again...
Still drying stuff out
Rained like crazy got 11 holes in before you couldn't Putt
