Quail Ridge Country Club

The reason I play Quail Ridge is because it's a tough little 9 hole course. I probably would not play 18 here, as it's pretty redundant, looping over roughly the same 9 holes. But it is perfect for someone who wants to get out and challenge themselves a little over 9 holes.

Also the staff is excellent and friendly.

Beautiful course. A lot of water and woods hazards, very easy to lose balls.

The course has some irrigation issues and is unkempt in parts but the main issue is that its a 9 hole course where they move 2 tee boxes and charge a price u can play much better courses for. If im driving out there id rather go to stowe and play any course in that town. Bad look after the rain so i may be biased but will not be going back

Course is terrible. Lost 15 balls, the rough was so high you couldn’t find any balls. Every shot it tight and full of brush. Not well maintained outside of the greens.

Walking around there were soccer ball signs with hole numbers that were not the hole and they had several flags scattered over most holes and it made confusing where I was aiming.

Tee box markers needed a paint job, looked beaten down.

9th hole teebox all chewed up and sandy . Not worth it

Nice little place for a round. Pro shop very friendly. Course layout different but interesting. Greens in good shape minus what I assume was kids stomping around in front of us. Tee boxes could use TLC. Overall fun 9 holes.

No qualms with the staff, but would give this course 0 stars if I could.

$80 for 18 holes and the “back 9” is just the same front 9 but from the blues instead of whites(there is no option). This should be illegal and is most definitely immoral to call it 18 holes. I would never recommend this to a friend and highly advise you stay away from this course. On top of this the course was terribly maintained and the layout had you hitting into people. 0 stars, never again, left after 9 holes.

Every time I play at Quail Ridge, the staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. For that reason alone, I find myself playing here more and more often.

It is a fun nine hole course with the option to play slightly different tee boxes if you want to play 18. Course layout is interesting without being overly punishing.

I wouldn’t go back to this dog track if the golf was free. If for premium greens fees (golf $58 + cart $21 = $78) you expect to not be subjected to someone mowing the teebox while you’re teeing off, then Quail ridge is not for you. For this among many reasons, do yourself a favor and avoid this god forsaken golf course.

Love Quail Ridge. One of the better 9 holes you’ll play. Conditions are great, course is difficult and a higher slope than most other 9 holes and the staff is awesome. I could do without the soccer golf holes, but is what it is. Pickleball courts, pool, full locker room.
