About
White Clay Creek Country Club at Delaware Park is a challenging but playable layout that is well known amongst locals. At just over 7,000 yards, the golf course offers a fair amount of challenges. Water hazards come into play on most holes, demanding several difficult forced carries. There are also some spots on the course that can be quite narrow. The terrain is mostly flat but the layout provides enough diversity to appeal to both low and high handicappers. White Clay Creek has a strong reputation not only for the golf course but also for its various amenities, which give it the feel of a private club. Staff assists you with getting your clubs to and from your car and use of the driving range and chipping green are included in the reasonable fee.

Great Golf Course.
This is a great golf course to play. I played the tips which were over 7000 yds. Only 1 par 3 under 200 yds from the tips, and that was 180 yds. The course was in great shape and very challenging. I recommend this course to anyone looking for a nice outing for the day. We started at 4:10 on a saturday, with all hopes of getting done by dark. The course was pretty much empty, except for the group that teed off in front of us at 4:00. They were ridiculously slow on the greens. It should have been a 3 1/2 or 4 hour round, but we waited on every shot. The "ranger" that was out there said he talked to him twice, but obviously that wasn't enough as we waited on every hole. I was dissapointed that he did not stay on them for at least a hole, just to see how slow they were. We ended up getting the round in just before dark.

Excellent conditions
This course is definitely a premier course in the area. The practice facility alone with complimentary range balls is a great start. When you get to the first tee, it only gets better. Very challenging greens to get used to but excellent conditions tee to green. Choose the right tees for your game because there are certainly some long carries and position golf on doglegs. Hopefully I can get back soon.

Ridiculously Good
Phenomenal Course! If I lived here, I would join this club in a minute. The practice facility is top notch with serval versatile short game areas, and excellent turf for the driving range! A challenging course even for big hitters. There are several holes where pride has to be swallowed for a proper lay-up with opportunities to score with the wedges. very fast greens with lots of slope(severe and subtle). I will most definitely play this course again, from the tips this time!!!!(glutton for punishment)

Great course but tough
First time to play this course. Was in excellent condition. Staff very friendly, especially the lady starter. Very challenging layout and greens. A little course knowledge would have been helpful and likely saved a few strokes. Would love to play it again. Great value for the fees through GolfNow.

poor value
Its a very pretty setting. The facilities are new and pretty too. Very challenging course from the blacks. Lots of target shots and difficult long carries.
The clubhouse is setup to force you to drop your bag with the staff but invites delays in both getting to the starter and with leaving. Took 30 minutes for me to leave after a 5 hour round. Everyone means well but the system is flawed.
Course was in nice shape but not the great shape you would expect for the kind of money they charge. Certainly better than Rock Manor but it wasn't a premier experience like I had hoped for.

Twilight round
I played a twilight round so was not very busy after a rain storm course is fun hard and demanding played first 7 holes from tips forced carries are demanding from there black tees overall best white tees can make course more easy but a lot of lay ups one of funniest courses in area.
Exciting Challenge
White clay is an excellent golf experience. The practice facilities are the best in the area, the course is always challenging and expertly maintained. A great test of golf. The par 4s are fantastic holes for all levels of player. The 5s will be very challenging for the 10+ handicappers. Just be prepared for the 5s to be the hardest holes on the course.

you have to think around this course I lost a few balls around here Gps are on carts so that helps
Awesome Course
Great Course! But you must and I mean Must be in the fairway! Played from the tips and some of the par 5's there is no chance for Eagle or birdie. Greens were in amazing shape as well as the fairways. This course is a true test of your golf game and how you manage it. You can make some birdies but par is a good score on some holes
Great Course
The back nine plays very different from the front, in the front you can bomb away, need more precision on the back. If you can adjust to that, you can play the back as good as you can play the front. Ranger was a little pushy, didn't bother us about pace of play, but hung around a little to long making us uncomfortable, other than that, it a scenic course, and a great place to play.
not for high handicappers, a challenge but stunningly beautiful
Take advantage of the well maintained practice facility because you certainly will need to warm up for this track. Cut through the woods, complete with rivers, thick forest, long forced carries, difficult bunkers, it doesnt get any more challenging than this course. Many elevated greens and slick greens make it very hard to hold greens or even hit them at all, let alone get it close to pin. Greens are near perfect condition though. If you go in not worrying about how high you are going to score than you will love your day at this course because its the most naturally beautiful course ive played. the Black tees are 6400 but play like a 68-6900, highly recommend the white tees ..certainly no courses like this in my hometown Orlando fla

Nice Course
Course was in great shape greens rolled true and fast would play it again. It was great day for me as I got my first hole in one on number 13 184 yard par 3 with a 7 iron a day I will never forget!!!!!
Must Play
The course is well maintained, it is a must play golf course! The greens where outstanding! I was in Pawley's Island in April and the greens at White Clay were as good as any on the island.
White Clay Creek
One of the few courses that gives you range balls with your round. Practice facility is fantastic so get there early to get a few swings in before your round. Course is in great condition, and very challenging around the greens. Pace of play was good, rangers do their part to keep things moving. Overall great round
