Needs a lot of work
The grass was pretty patchy and very dry. The greens were almost unplayable because of different levels of grass and weeds and dead areas. The holes are packed dangerously close together because of the size of the course. I was nearly struck by a shot hit over the fence of the driving range. The price was reasonable but all in all, I would not play the course again.
Venice East
This is an average executive course. Perfect for beginners. Most days you can play 18 in 2.5 hours. Tee boxes are good, greens are slow but they do hold. The course is tight so you need to be aware of other golfers on several holes. There is a driving range next door with a practice chipping area. My wife and I play this course regularly and it is always an enjoyable day.
Beginner Course
Only played due to price. Greens were mostly in poor shape with lots of dead spots. Fairways were cut extremely short and needed watered.
Staghorn ferns

Dangerous place to play
We were scheduled to play 18 holes but after almost being hit 4 times by other players golf balls we couldn’t take it anymore. Not one of them yelled 4. Too many players that don’t know golf etiquette. Starter needs to be a bit more inquisitive and offer more instruction to assess the players ability and knowledge.
Don't go
Fairways are flagged off to not drive on but the greens have so much grass you don't know where the begins or ends.
Just so-so
Fairways are in good condition, although quite a few spots were wet. Tee boxes are not good. Greens are average.
Fun short course to play. Nice course for the money
Very short but very fun
The overall course is very nice. It is well maintained and not overcrowded. The staff are friendly, and they do a very nice job. The course is very very short. But if you want to work on your irons, this is the perfect course for you. Would recommend.
Not great shape
The greens are unplayable. The tee boxes need a lot of work. I played with a GolfNow voucher so it didn’t cost me anything but I wouldn’t come back to play it again. Finished the course in about 2 hours but just wasn’t very fun. Rough shape. Staff was great, the pace was great because no one was out there. I guess for like a beginning golfer or young child it will be better suited for them to practice on a golf course.
