Continental Country Club

I had a very enjoyable round. Course was in great shape and the greens putted true. You have to know uphill downhill when putting because the greens were lightening fast and very consistent from one green to another. I’m from out of the area and have played this course 4 times and was never disappointed. I will definitely play again.

Continental uniquely uses a shotgun start. We were paired with a very pleasant couple from Canada and enjoyed their company. The course has an interesting layout, is well maintained, and we enjoyed our round. We would happily play here again.

Great course with a lot of improvements. Overseeded for winter play. A few greens had some bad spots but still workable. Definitely a course worth playing.

First time playing and was pleasantly surprised. Got this off of Golf Now so the price was great and knew going in that my threesome would be matched up with a fourth and that it was going to be a shotgun start. Made pace of play good but getting to the starting hole was a bit of a challenge without any kind of course layout. The tee boxes and fairways were in good shape but some of the greens could use some TLC. overall good experience but without our fourth who knew the course well would have been a bit of a challenge to play without any kind of guide book. If I can get same deal on golf now will be back.

The shotgun start was a surprise but turned out to be a good experience with a couple of great guys. We were all first timers and agreed we’d definitely be back.

Wonderful course, challenging, hazards aren't over done, clean, with exceptionally challenging greens, fast and hard.

I have a home in the Villages and can’t wait to get back on these greens. Amazes me how good they are .

Arrived to discover they do a shotgun start of 18 foursomes all at the same time This was a first for us , but worked out fine. Our pair was paired with another pair and had an enjoyable round. One constructive comment - we started on the 17th - so to start the round we had to negotiate our way to that hole - no map on the card which made that a little difficult.

First time playing here. Shotgun Start was good.4.5 hrs to play. Greens were very fast and true. Fairways were good ,Group I was partnered with were quite elderly but we had a lot of fun. I played from the blues . This added some challenges to the course. Had a decent round , will definitely play it again..

Coutse in very good shape. Shotgun moves along nicely. Green are very good and quick. Fun course.

So I drove an hour for this course for an early Saturday Hot Deal and I was happy I did. Staff was friendly and check in was easy. It was a shotgun start which made the pace of play perfect. A 4 hour round in a Saturday? Yes please! Fairways and tee boxes were good. Course is pretty wide open except for a few fun challenging holes. Greens were perfect! Rolled so true! Only one green was being worked on but no big deal. I will definitely be playing here again!
