Great course, horrible pace
Enjoyed everything about course, except 6 hour pace of play being behind two foursome’s that would not allow us (twosome) to play through. Couldn’t finish round due to pace of play. They took 1 hour to play #10 and #11.
Great staff!

I have played this course before. Several times last Feb. it is amfun course. Greens could stand a little TLC but it was a good day to be out. I was placed with 4 local gentlemen..They were an excellent group.. Tom, Buzzy,Ron, and Bob..Ithoroughly enjoyed their company. Thanks guys for making my first round in 2022 a hoot. Playing there agsin today
Course is a nice layout. Needs a little TLC with the maintenance. Played in less than 4 hours but the course was not busy.
Good Value
Nothing fancy but a good course to keep your game sharp. Price is good compared to others in the area.
SLOW. - Ranger Needed
The course is in good shape. The staff is friendly, and the price is right!
But, the pace of play is absurdly slow. We were pushing 5 hours and had 3 holes left…I had to leave without completing my round. As headed back to the clubhouse I found the problem 4some. 3 empty holes in front of them.
They really need a Ranger to keep the pace moving

Greens &T’s were in good shape and fairways were a little hard in areas but the price fit and will return
Fast Greens!
The course is in real good shape. Rough was actually rough and the greens were hard and fast. The only way to hold them was to get a ton of loft on your approach shot. any low pitch will land and roll off. You've been warned!

behind a fivesome
Got behind a 5 some on the second hole and waited on every shot. Called the clubhouse on the 5th tee with no action taken, Complained at the turn and was approached by the ranger on the 10th green and was told he would break them up if we wanted him too. And then tried to convince us if he made them go three and two it would be slower. Quite disappointing. Liked the course great layout.
I played this last year and can say it is better this year and for $30 it's the best deal in town.
The cart paths are rough and old which makes the course feel out of shape but it really isn't.
The greens were fast and in good shape, the bunkers were great, ( better if I stayed out of them.) and there were 5 tees to make it good for me and my wife..
A few holes on the front were a little weak but when you get to the back 9 you forget all about them.
If they take out the cart paths and or replace them this would be a $90 course.
Great Experience
First day down from Chicago. Weather was familiar to home, but that kept the locals inside and bundled up.
Was paired with a very pleasant couple from Edmonton Alberta Canada and an enjoyable afternoon was experienced. We never saw the threesome ahead of us until the 17th hole. Nobody pushed us from behind all day which made the day all that more pleasant and casual.
