Cypresswood Golf & Country Club

I enjoy the course layout. The Fairways need work and some places lots to do(cart paths). The offset is the greens. All in excellent shape. Good value for the price and I play there on a regular basis. It can be slow on weekends. Left after 15 today. First time playing there on a Saturday (long weekend)

Greens are pretty decent and tee boxes are fair. Fairways (most, but not all) are hard and compacted with mix of crabgrass, weeds and sandy spots that aren't traps...many punishing areas for fairways.... fairways need some serious work.

All staff are great, especially the restaurant staff! Freat food for fair prices.

Course is not a $45 course for this area. Will play again if nothing else available, but not for that price.

Needs some superintendent TLC, but a reasonable track for the money. Friendly staff.

Considering they spent $ 1 million dollars , yes one million, on the greens less than a year ago, it should look like Augusta national. Closed all last year and re opened in nov, it was beautiful. For about a month. Now the greens are half brown, scalped and or wet rotted . They need to hire a professional golf mgmt greens keeper. When i worked at solivita a few years ago, my boss was a pro greensman with a college degree in golf turf and lawn mgmt. there is a lot to this, its not easy. 1 million dollars down the toilet

Enjoyable round. Paired up with 2 locals. Greens were true

A great course to play and close to home. However, considering the amount of work that has been done to this golf course over the last two years. I would expect to see thriving grass on the tee boxes and fairways. The grass that was there was very thin.. After the greens were redone last summer they are in good shape. Hopefully they can get rest of the course in better shape.

Course was just renovated but still in disrepair. Staff was blowing leaves but not caring for greens that needed attention. Too many better courses for same price.o well!!!!

Course had some nice holes, a lot with patchy greens, the fairways weren't bad but anything in the rough and there were lots of weeds. The teeboxes weren't spaced far apart and some weren't angled well, or too small. Overall was an okay course, not really for 45 bucks though.

Tried to use golf Etiquette and let a 4some go around us and we got yelled at for doing. Ranger was extremely rude and full of himself. Folks go to relax and have fun, not to be rushed along so they can stuff as many people on there as possible.

Greens were not as consistent as last week but still very good.
