At tee time weather was fine. Rain predited later in aftrenoon. Rain came earlier then predicted. Finsihed 9 holes, then a down pore. No rain check for last nine. Some greens burned out, greens recently aerated.. Fair price for golf, though..
Disappointing to say the least!
Course was very wet. Pace of play so slow, we quit after 11 holes. If we had stayed we would have played 4-5 hours. Way too slow. Five some in front of us was holding everyone up. All the ranger did was ride around and wave at people.
Cypress woods
Course was in pretty good shape considering the recent amount of rainfall. You were to drive carts on cart path or roughs which was cool. Best of all was the price $20 for 18 with a cart. Early tee times were plentiful. Can’t miss this opportunity.
Not too shabby!
This course plays through the neighborhood in a gated community. The carts were quiet and quick. The cart path was beat up. The fairways and greens had some burn spots but for the price we paid, we have 0 complaints!! there was a bit of wildlife and a cow farm nearby. Cool course, I’d play again.
Much improved
Greens were good, fairway grass was minimal but it’s 94 degrees do it’s hard to grow grass right now but from where it was 2 years ago it’s worth the trip
In very poor condition.. more weeds on fairways than grass. One hole under construction so had to follow a “ map” to next hole!!
Cart had not been cleaned.. cigarette butts & litter!
Not returning any time soon
Course needs a lot of TLC.
I was very disappointed to experience the poor conditions of this golf course today. It has once again got very bad. After being closed in 2020 for about 6 months for repair and upkeep the course was in good shape, Since Halloween 2020 the course has continued to get worse. Today from tee box (no grass) to fairways with marginal grass, weeds and dirt, to the greens with lots of bad areas (especially par 3 #16 the course is in poor shape. Only thing very good was the sand traps.
I like this course layout, but will not be back until I know it is in playable condition.
Punched greens
Course has a nice layout and new greens. However nobody said they just punched the greens and top dressed yesterday. Sand was distributed unevenly on the greens making putting nearly impossible. Takes the fun out of the round. I won’t be going back for at least 3 months.
