Quail Valley Golf Course

The course was not in great shape. Mostly the fairways. They were long and not rolling. And the greens were very average. This course usually is in a lot better shape and is usually a nice track.

Course was not in great shape this day. Fairways were not in good shape and the greens were not great either. I usually like this course and it usually plays a lot better.

One of the best golf course that I ever played for longtime.

I play here several times a year. Have never had a round I didn't enjoy.Would rate in top three favorites I've ever played

Course was in awesome shape. My booking included a cart, but I chose to walk. The greens are true in the fairways are well-maintained. I enjoyed it thoroughly.

Not a difficult course but in great condition and long from the back. Lots of plus 400yd par 4's but reachable par 5's if you have the length. Would def play again.

Although raining season started, Fairways are fairly well maintained. Furthermore, green was interesting to play.

Course was in good shape a little soft on some holes but the greens where in Great Shape. Nice place to play.

I like courses that you can be a little crooked and not be in too much trouble. Nice views and the greens were in good shape. Played in a little over 4 hours.

The course the built with interesting risk reward shots that will challenge the fortitude of all mid-handicap golfers. Significantly long with well maintained greens of average speed, it is a great choice just miles from all of Portland.

We did not know greens had been plugged and sanded, maybe a week ago but starting to come back, still bumpy. Fairways in great shape and pro shop very nice to us.

Course was in great shape even after a long dry summer. It's often windy in the afternoon, as it was on the day we played, but that just adds to the challenge. It was a great day and we got a great deal, got a "hot deal" that included golf & cart through the GolfNow web site.

Round was a nice round with the wife on vacation. We wish that your 3 walking members would have let us play thru insted of waiting to the 13th hole when 1 of the older players had to use the bathroom and the 2 other players finally let us thru. We could not understand 3 walkers ederly at that, would not let a twosome in a cart play thru. Oh well I guess you can not teach a old dog new tricks or manners for this situation.
Overall course in great shape just had to adjust my game to hit short of the holes since ground was hard as can be. Thought for sure that my high arching approaches would hold the green, surprise to me.
Staff super friendly and courteous and knew exactly which 3 members we were referring to immediately, we guess membership does have it's priviledges.
Would definitely play this course again worth the little ride from the hotel we were staying at.
The only thing better than the coursse this trip was spending time with the grand kids.

Recent rain softened up the ground a bit this week. Greens were fast and pretty smooth today, I wouldn't call them 'undulating'- but there is plenty of break to pay attention to. The breeze kept us on our toes due to changing direction, seemed to be in our face quite often. Beautiful day to play golf! Always enjoy this course.

Nothing negative. This course is one of the areas best kept secrets. I hate to even write this review because it may get more play that might slow down the pace. But when there is a course as nice as this it would be a shame not to share with other avid golfers like myself. If your not willing to drive a little further to play a beautiful course in great conditions then go ahead and play East Moreland and Broadmoar.

The conditions of the course we're pretty good. Greens in excellent condition. Where I feel they need improvement is in course management and attention to detail. The weather has been hot and dry and I wouldn't expect to find mud and standing water, they are overwatering the course. The ball washers were dry. There were only two water cans on the entire course and the refreshment cart never came out with the temperature in the 80's. These details would have given them a 5 star rating.
