About
Ballantrae Golf Course is an 18-hole championship course with a classic links layout reminiscent of those found in Scotland. The golf course has undulating greens, many of which are elevated, and the player-friendly fairways are quite generous. The layout is challenging with more than 50 acres of water hazards and treacherous greenside bunkers. The front nine gently eases you into the game, but the back nine is where the golf course truly shines, especially holes 11-14. Ballantrae Golf Course boasts interesting risk-and-reward opportunities combined with shots that will appeal to long hitters. There are also three tee decks for golfers to choose from.

As close as I’m getting to playing at augusta. Lots of great green complexes, run offs and collection areas abound so be ready to bring your shirt game. 60%a must lol. Great staff and good pace of play course was in very good condition!!! Definitely a go!
Second review- a must play course
This is my second review of this course. It is a must play. Be sure your putting is good as the green complexes are challenging and very fast.
Course is always in great shape and it is a true value.
Play it, you will not be disappointed.
Fun and Tough Course
One of the more challenging courses I have played especially with the windy conditions and first time playing. But I loved it and would definitely recommend. Course is in mint condition.
Ballantrae GC
First time playing this Doug Carrick Design. A little bit more than I would typically pay for a golf now deal, but I really enjoyed the golf course. Beautifully manicured course from Tee to green. If you put the ball in play, it’s very fair and rewarding.... if not you’ll have some tough approach shots as the greens are mostly elevated with decent speed to them. Will definitely play here again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a solid golf experience.
