Settlers' Ghost Golf Club

Great value for my money loved the course would play again.

I like the Ghost, it's fair value for a challenging course. The greens are in good shape and tricky... The key to playing well is to put your ball in play (not long) and focus on short game. Couple of testy par 5s same on the par 3s and some good par 4s. A good test from Blue, obviously a real course from Gold.

Challenging course. Good value. Lots of up and down with good vistas. Few blind tee shots you should be aware of but really does not interfere.

We enjoyed playing this course. There are a few blind shots and a couple fairways that run close to each other, so sometimes you will find players going in the opposite direction on your fairway or vice versa. It was a great day and we would certainly play here again. The views are spectacular!!!

The Golf Course is a moderate test - with a fair distribution of par 3, 4 and 5s. Some of the early holes are "blind" tee shots - which make it a bit challenging if it's your first time - but the holes are fair and the greens are lightning fast and true.

No straight putts - and challenging lay out - make Settler's an excellent play. The colors are AMAZING this time of year and the staff is super friendly and accommodating.

We had a quick breakfast but stayed for LUNCH and it was excellent.

I highly recommend Settler's --- the course is a must play in the area and a fun time!!

Excellent course to play except there are a few blind shots from the tee. Sand traps lacking little depth of sand and hard. Pace of play was good and greens were in great condition.

I have played Settler's many times and this time I was extremely disappointed with the conditions of the course. It looked like they were in some financial difficulties ( which I do Not believe they are#. The greens on the front were not cut # I played in the pm.# as they were bumpy with worm holes everywhere. The back was better but only because it had been aerated - and the greens were two putt specials! Whomever is putting the cups in does not use a plate as there were numerous holes that had been scalped by the mower. The fairways were poor and the traps not raked # with all due respect we did have a major rain the night before). All in all I was disappointed and shocked. Normally this course is excellent. It is a moderate test and fits my game as a senior well. Although I paid $35.00 it was overpriced. Usually it is double plus and I cannot even imagine paying that amount to play this course under the conditions I experienced. Too bad as it is normally a fun game at Settler's. I may be back but not anytime soon!

Several Holes , green flag not visible, Very hilly course. Recommend cart on hot days. Buying hole description booklet very helpful.

I enjoyed the course so much with great offer from Golf now. The course is challenge enough, fairway is well maintained. The distance from Toronto is a little more than an hour driving. I stayed at the resort near by the course that was convenient. Would like to recommend to people especially when stay at horse resort because the green fee is much reasonable and the staffs are much nicer.

With our booking thru Golf Now, the staff treated us as special guests and graciously assisted in setting us up for our round. Starter, Marshall and refreshment person made the experience for my guests a special day. The course impressed the group and they are asking to do a repeat in the next month or so.

Beautiful fairways and well maintained course. Challenging layout but a great test of your skills.

Grass off the fairways was a little long! Greens where tricky some faster then others. Well groomed lots of uneven lies sometimes above or below your feet . Greens where small in size, we enjoyed our play .

This is obviously a popular place since tee times were all back to back. Went with a newer golfer and requested a two some but could not accommodate because it was too busy , Was paired up to a foursome after we paid so newer golfer felt rushed 90 % of the game. We understand game has to keep moving and have no problem letting people play through but not an option when paired with people we didn t know Great course thow

Beautiful setting with 360 degree views. Perfectly groomed. Tee boxes for every level of player. Excellent price using Golf.Now. You think you are playing a private course.

This was my third time playing this course. My nephew & I played it the first time and found some holes having blind shots off the tee. Although this is an issue with not knowing where golfers are ahead of you but it does make you more aware of the shot shape you need to make. I have to say that this course is growing on me every time I play it! I have played both blue & white tees with reasonably good results. I look forward to the next round!!

The staff on the course we're making rude comments at people that hit bad shots and were miserable towards the group I was playing with. Great course but terrible costumer service at course.

Course over all was in Good Shape, dry conditions, make it difficult to control ball, fast greens, getting faster. Great customer service. Marshall's help to keep good pace of play.

Challenging course, great views! Look forward to coming back.
