About
Glen Eagle Golf Club, which is situated just northwest of Toronto, offers 27 holes of championship golf that are played in three different 18-hole combinations. The Red/Blue Course features undulating fairways and large, heavily contoured greens that move fast. The Red nine is the most difficult of the three nines at the club. It demands keen course management skills and accurate tee shots. It also requires a few long drives at 3, 521 yards form the tips. The Blue nine is challenging as well, but there are birdie opportunities on the 5th and 7th since their greens aren't elevated like all of the others.

Amazing golf day
Been there three times this year. Great conditions. Proshop staff and starter was friendly and knowledgeable. Playing there again this weekend!
Used to be worth the money
That fact that they think this is a 90 dollar golf course including cart on a weekday is laughable. This is a 55-60 dollar course with cart at best. Greedy pro shop. Classic 50's style course with no wow factor. was nice knowing you

Golf Now Hot deal
We were totally unexpected that Golf now only covers half golf cart which means we have to pay for 50% power cart fee at the course. I think this is ridiculous because on the hot deal offer, it did not say so nor was it mention anything about additional charge.

Glen Eagle review
Really disappointed in the condition of the course. I've played here many times before and always been impressed. I was anxious to make GE my first round of the year and happy to pay full price plus the covid cart premium. But totally dismayed to see the rough over grown with dandelions, the greens already dry and burn out out and the Tee boxes ragged. Crazies on the course did little to improve the mood. I wouldn't come back until the ratings are up. Sorry guys!.

Not Impressed
Course was so so.....staff seemed disinterested.....really did not take great care about cleanliness of golf carts during this pandemic...had to clean ourselves and cart was filthy. No starter....course was backed up, no marshalling, no advertised bag drop area per their website....not very impressed.

overall decent course, but very overpriced especially considering the condition of the course. I personally would not pay more than $70 to play this course again.

27° and no beverage cart? Wow!
27°, no beverage cart, Got lost on a few holes because there was no signage. Missing quite a few 150 and 200 sticks, bumpy ride. This would be a fantastic course at 60 bucks w cart. Not $100. And please get a drink cart out on hot days.

Tee boxes were in rough shape
No access to club house and no beverage cart due to Covid 19 which is understandable. Halfway house had run out of food by early afternoon so drinks only. Course was in decent shape except for tee boxes which were pretty beaten up. They also charged us extra on arrival for additional carts (2) as it was assumed when paying though app that players were from the same household and could share. Price ended up being around $110 per Person In the foursome.

COVID relief!
Great to be outside and have a "normal" day again! Pleased with the new COVID precautions and routine. However, I think it would put more people at ease if the pro shop staff would wear gloves and the starter to wear gloves and a mask. But overall, a great experience!
Not worth the $
Hi, I am not one to complain but this course is not worth the money. I don’t think they kept up with maintenance during this pandemic because the course looks terrible weeds all over the entire course, greens were brown very little fertilizer used differently wasn’t t ready to open maybe in a few more weeks, won’t play again!

Great Tournament Hosts
I've played Glen Eagle many times over the years but mostly in tournaments - both those which I've organized for my company and those hosted by others. From a tournament point of view the club is extremely accommodating - look after all the details, very friendly, deal with any issues and the banquet room and staff are great too. For the Toronto area it's a decent value and the course is always in good shape when I've played it. The layout provides interesting and challenging holes with no Mickey Mouse holes. Unfortunately due to COVID I was not able to run our tournament this year but hope to return in the future.
