Great Neighborhood Course
Great staff, very accommodating and friendly.
Excellent place to drop a quick 9 if your are pressed for time. Long and challenging par 4s and 5s. I am happy that I found this in my backyard.
Beginners Paradise
I love the course layout which provides lot of forgiveness to beginners like me.
Also love the par 5, where one can play at their most potential skill.
Not much improved - still crappy
I went back to this course after a couple of years hoping that their name change and new ownership would have improved it. Alas, that was not the case. Course conditions are still terrible. Only areas of improvement I could perceive are slightly better greens and greener fairways (thanks to the wet summer we have had). So much potential wasted IMO.
Marshall needed!
I live close by and will often play this course, either alone or with my wife.
This last round (Sat Aug 19) was absolutely ridiculous with pace of play. It took almost 4 hours to play 9 holes!!?? Where the heck is the marshall?
I get that this is a course that a lot of folks will come to learn to play, but if you do, know the rules of letting others play through. Some folks behind us eventually gave up and left, and we should have done the same. I understand busy days on the course, but this was ridiculous!!
Pleasure to play the longest golf course of Ontario
We were a threesome & it was worth the time.
Some of the holes are not that great, wrt the maintenance, especially hole 8, but for beginners like me, it’s part of the experience.
A most challenging 9 hole layout!!
This 9 hole course is not easy! It's long and full of water hazards on every single hole. If you like to be challenged and play a quick round this course is for you.
This course has improved significantly from past years.
The course is much nicer than it was in the past, the greens and fairways are in a much better state.
