Horrible
OMG
Course absolutely sucks!
Period don’t bother no matter what they charge.
This course use to be as good as any in the area but no more.
I’ve played here many many times over the years and it’s steadily getting in worse shape every time and yesterday being the worst ever.
The fairways are all dead there is zero green grass anywhere but on the greens and about 25 feet from the greens. Looks like the place is having difficulty with upkeep from poor cart paths to drainage lines sticking out of the fairway and traps to tee boxes that takes to hands and a cordless drill to get your tee in.
It’s time to sell the course to someone who cares about their pride.
I will tell everyone I know to never play there until new owners take over and repair the mess.
I hope the owner or management reads this.
Very disgusting !!!!
Will not return - looks nothing like the picture(s)
I last played Lakeridge Links back in 2018 and it was already beginning to suffer from rough conditions. But I thought I would give it another chance and played on July 27 with my wife, my brother and friend who had never played the course. What was once a lush, premium style course is now baked out and hard as cement. I was extremely embarrassed by the conditions. The fairways were literally unplayable with hard pan conditions. Most of the tee boxes were scruffy and the fairways were brown with bare patches throughout. The greens were in good condition with exception that players don’t repair ball marks. It appears that the greens are the only part of the course being watered. Charging full regular rates given the conditions of the course is mind boggling. I will never play there again. Over the last 20 years it was a course that was in the regular rotation for my Tuesday foursome and I often played here with my wife and son as well. No more.
So sad- very disappointing
I never do reviews but I had to do this one
Course is in terrible shape - fairways Are like playing off cement , grass dormant in many areas as it appears it has not been watered In weeks , many greens in horrible shape with burnt greens - many Cart paths in total disrepair like going off road ATVing- be sure you have a good chiropractor on call -
we also had a very rude encounter with a Marshall on the course and again back at the club house - customer service is definitely not one of his strong points
My friends and I today played there for the last time.... Too bad as it was a good course at one time - many better courses that appreciate your patronage especially in this difficult time
Course maintenance
Cart path is lack of maintenance and bumpy. It's getting worse over the years I have been there.
Great Value
Aside from the aeration on half the greens the course had great conditions. Pace was perfect and the marshal was out and about.
Lakeridge Links
Great course. I have always enjoyed playing this course. Definitely will come back.
Favourite Course
Always enjoy playing this course. Although it was burnt in the summer because of lack of rains, it’s come back really well and is in immaculate condition.
Great value for a nice course
Played here a few times.now and it grows more on me each time. Greens are in excellent condition and the course layout is enjoyable as well. Some basic holes, some a bit quirky and some quite challenging - a great mix. And the price is right for what I believe is a great value for what you get here. Friendly staff as well.
Lakeridge
Marshall was friendly and attentive to pace of play.
Course had a few rough patches but the layout was good and a great value for the money. Front 9 has spacious fairways for driving while the back nine is more technical.
I would recommend the course and I will definitely be going back again.
Rent a cart. It’s worth it .
Great course horrible round
The course was in very good shape, pace of play was good, greens were very fast but rolled true Too bad I played so poorly lol
Nice challenges. Decent grounds. Fast greens Lots of challenges to keep you on your game.
