Twin Creeks Golf Course
About
Arnold Palmer and Ed Seay designed the Golf Club at Twin Creeks (named after the two creeks that run through the course) to integrate with five strategically placed lakes that come into play. For the most part, the fairways here are generous, rolling peacefully toward large, undulating greens. Hole 11 is one of the best, a 383-yard par 4 with trees lining the fairway and a difficult green guarded by several giant pecan trees. No. 17, a 409-yarder with water on the right, requires a monster drive to carry the full body of water. The best play is to aim left even though the approach will be a bit longer. Golf Digest has rated Twin Creeks as high as 10th for the "Best Public Course" in Texas.

Ridiculously slow play but course in good shape
Not entirely sure how you let multiple groups of 5 and 6 people play together but that’s what happened today. Guess there hurting for cash. Course is in good shape. Greens are solid. Slow play was horrific
Slow play
Slow play all the way around the course. This is the third time I’ve played the course and have only finished all 18 once due to slow play, especially on Friday afternoons. I enjoy the layout and the course was in decent shape, however golfers do not fix there divots on these greens. They should have a ranger speed up pace to make this course more enjoyable.
This course is awesome
Course layout and condition is awesome
Staff is so kind
I want to play here again
Very playable
Twin Creeks is a very playable course for any handicap but also a nice challenge for lower ones
Slow play
My first time playing the course. Love the layout. Course in ok shape. Greens rolled good despite some weed issues they are having. The pace of play was horrible. Waited an average of 5 minutes on every single shot. Called the pro shop after 4 holes and was told a Marshall was out and things would pick up. It never did at all. If that could be fixed, I would play it more often. Otherwise I won't.
SLOWWW
6 hour round. Watched the two groups in front of me hit every single shot.
Don’t waste your time
Track is not the problem. As advertised is the pace of play...the fact the Marshall’s think their job is to wave and smile and the cart staff don’t have a clue!
If you want a 5 four round then this is your place. I don’t and won’t be back
Fun layout
I enjoy the layout of this course. I just wish it was in better shape. The greens are ok but they could be smoother and hold better. The tee boxes are in good shape but the fairways are pretty thin.
Good value
Greens and fairways were in good condition. No sand jugs in carts to repair divots. Expect to start your round on hole 9 due to the construction that has been ongoing for 12 months. Also, there wasn't a starter so we jumped on a bit earlier.
Tee times too stacked
Tee times were extremely slow. 10am tee time and didn’t get off until 10:35 and that was after being stacked up 4-5 groups on the first tee
Beautiful course. Greens were in great condition for such a hot time of the year. Only complaint is that there was no cart person out at all. It's 100 degrees outside... may want to rethink that, Twin Creeks.
