I enjoyed playing the course and received value for money
Beautiful Course
Definitely a beautiful, well designed course for a beginner like me. I'm sure more advanced players will enjoy the course too. Definitely worth trying it at least once.
Flooded
Course should have never been opened that day.
Muddy. Very wet. Very poor conditions

Pleasantly surprised! Haven't played here in years since it was a 9 hole par 3 but now 27 hole fairly challenging course for your average golfer & some very pretty holes from elevated tees & along the river. Staff very helpfull & courteous staff at this south Caledon track 25 mins from West Toronto
The new Mayfield course
The new Blue nine is a little challenging fairways are close together very few trees separating them, Red nine was closed for winter prep. White nine is still challenging with narrow fairways and water. make sure you get a good hit on #8 over the water.
So so
This 9 is a little bland. No sand traps. Not many trees or water. The Red and White 9 holes are much more enjoyable to play.
ONE OF THE WORSE CONDITION COURSE IN MY ENTIRE LIFE
Sorry usually i dont criticize courses,cause i only play on em after finding out how good they r,this time i listened someone who has played here ,
WELL WHAT A MISTAKE,it is not even a cow pasture,never mind golf course,it was so so bad,and has 3 9 holes and no directional boards,and if u play first u just cant figure out where next hole is,
THE OWNER NEEDS TO KNOW,either they close the place and sell land for houses or work on the course to make it look like a golf course ,I am a vetran golfer so i know good course from bad
Be attentive.
Pay attention for incoming balls on several holes. Poor tee locations on some holes. Fairway a bit iffy but greens are in excellent condition. Nice and hilly.
Mayfield GC
Most green are well maintained, but not the fairways. Pace of play was slow and some holes were not acceptable.
Great course for all level of players
Wide open the blue and red side. White is a bit tougher. 27 holes but it is a 4.5 hour pace. For$30 I including a cart. It's a great deal.
Layout is dangerous
Be careful when you play this course. Tee boxes face each other. Its easy to get hit from errant strikes.
Slow day at Mayfield
Our Round started out bad right from the beginning. Tee-time was scheduled for 8:30, and i think we finally got off around 9:00. The pace was slow all around. At times there must have been three foursomes on a hole. Poorly run by whoever. You shouldn't take about five and a half hours to play that course.
