Sprawling across rolling terrain, Savannah Golf Links features several dramatic elevation changes and several elevated tees and greens. Golfers will be sure to come across many uneven lies. At 6,213 yards from the back tees, it is not a long golf course but it puts a premium on accuracy in order to get a good store, making it a true shot-maker's golf course. Savannah Golf Links offers a variety of challenges, appealing to both low and high handicappers. The most notably difficult hole is the par-4 sixth. This 362-yard hole is a dogleg right with a small landing area that requires a second shot that will carry over water to a postage stamp green with a bunker placed in front.

We drove 1 1/2 hours to play this course and we all agreed it is worth the drive. This course has it all-water, elevation changes, carrys, blind shots and challenging greens. The course was a little beat up in spots but was generally in good condition. This is to be expected at the end of the season on a course that gets this much traffic. Every hole presents a new challenge. We all agreed it is fun to play. We'll be back.
Great golf - good price!
This was an excellent course. It will challenge you but the layout, very nice. A course you will have to think your way through at times and rewards good shots but can be quite punishing on poor shots. That being said, it is fair and you’ll be able to hit your driver from most tees. Some really beautiful par 3s too! Lots of elevation changes and some forced carries from the tee so be sure to pick the right tees for your game. Course was in excellent condition. Highly recommend if you are in the area.

Not a flat course and will tire you out If you walk.

My friends and I play this course as many time as we can in the year , the course always in great shape and the price perfect value for your money the staff from owner to marshals and most of all Chris for making our experience nothing but great . Can’t wait to play it again , thanks again Savannah staff for doing that

First round in a while
Forgot how tricky this course is to play. A great test - you can hit driver more often than it looks like you should if you use a golf app to navigate your way around. Green elevations usually needed a half a club more than you think. Everything was in great shape and the greens rolled true. The rakes are back out - but didn't seem like anybody was using them. No beverage cart out on the course over lunch time on Sunday. Really? Anyway - great day and will save a sleeve of balls next time knowing where to hit it!
Saturday Golf
Fast greens and narrow fairways, make this a great challenge. My wife really appreciated the placement of the forward tee's . Can't wait to come back.
Amazing value for the drive & money
Highly recommended for course layout, variety and terrain. I’ve played this course for years and the cost/ value ratio is nearly unbeatable.

I try to get out and play this course at least a couple times a month, it is always in great shape, challenging for the good golfer yet easy enough that anyone can play it.
