Cranberry Golf Course

Recent rain still present on course because of poor drainage.
Many more interesting golf courses close by now. Too many resort players with little experience will increase pace of play to 5hrs.
Course is flat but OK. 2 very short par 3's based on changes to design. Not my cup of tea anymore.

Greens had just been aerated so were a little slow, otherwise course was in good condition. It winds through forests with few houses visible. Not a lot of elevation change so course is quite walkable.

Played from the whites which provided a good mix of challenges in terms of distance. Some par 3's were long while others were short.

The par 5's were a little short for some holes, but overall the course was quite a steal at the golfnow price!

The course was in excellent condition, moderately difficult but fair. Greens were in excellent condition, fairways were well maintained and wide enough to allow off center shots to be played.

Other than getting a golf cart that died on the 6th hole and not getting a replacement until the 10th hole -which we reached by taking turns walking or pushing - we were impressed with the course layout and condition.
Tees, fairways & greens were in great shape and provided a challenge.
We would play here again!

We enjoyed the course... great shape... staff friendly and let us off early.... bonus...very hot day .. I think the hottest of the summer we are told...

we played this one couple years ago walking due to wet conditions well not much changed it was car pat only ! and had booked next day not knowing wish had booked Lora Bay instead

Course is in good condition. Very wide open so it's pretty forgiving on those mishits. Staff are super friendly.....probably best in the area. Only draw back is course can be slow at times as you get a lot of "resort" golfers. Overall really enjoy playing here.

The only negative is the bunkers are full of stones and when your ball drops in, bounces off a stone and out of bounds, then leaves a decent scuff on your ball.
Would love to play it again.

they need a marshall out there, we know it's a resort and people should have a great time, but they all have to know other people are playing not just them.

Played mid week and mid afternoon. Course was in good shape condition wise. Greens a bit slow, likely due to all the rain and lack of mowing opportunities.

Course is fair, but some shots where it would have helped to play previously. Enjoyed the course, good value for the money.

greens and fairways were in very good condition, considering that it is a resort course and lots of divots and pitch marks don't get repaired. And our cart had no repair dirt.
There is a fun variety of holes and a good and fair challenge for all levels- just pick your best tee length.

The staff at this course were phenomenal. Super friendly staff; we ordered food a little bit before our round but it wasn't ready for our tee time. They happily brought it out to us on the course. The cart girl got us food from the bar when we asked.

The course was challenging with lots of variety. Lots of water holes and hazards. The greens were well manicured.

Got a hot deal so we got a great price. The only negative to this course is that the clubhouse is older so the bathroom/locker rooms are a bit out of date and not that clean.

No parallel fairways and great distribution of bunkers surrounding the greens. Course was very wet from previous rainstorms so some fairways weren't cut. Cart path only rules in effect. Greens soft and receptive.Greens putted slow due to wetness and found them bumpy but quite playable. Agressive putting was the norm.

This course now goes by the name Cranberry Golf Resort. I got a great deal on Golfnow to play here on a Tues just after 12:30 for $30. Was a little surprised when I got there as I was told they were aerating the fairways. Beyond the little plugs all over the place, which made fairway approach shots a little interesting, the course is very nice. Would have been a 5 star rating if this didn't happen. Good layout with holes working both left to right and right to left. The greens were excellent, if you are rolling the ball well, you can make a ton of putts here. The greens also hold shots very well, so you can be a little more aggressive on approach shots to get closer. The breaks are a little less than you think other than on holes 8 and 9. Course has 5 par 3's and 5 par 5's, which accelerate your scoring possibilities. Not super long, it was 6558 from Gold Tees, although it plays longer. Temps were a little cool (mid 60's) and the wind was very strong (25-40mph) during my round which decreased the ball flight and potential scoring opportunities. Would love to play this course in nicer weather. If your in the area this a must play especially if you can get the reduced rate as rates in the general area at other courses are much higher.

Greens have too much grass. Putted very slow. Tttttttttttt
