Marshal Ruined Round
Marshal was garbage, constantly trying to step in to manage the pace of play. Would come drive cart up to green, walk out of the cart on to the fringe, stand 10 feet away from someone putting to watch, then say to speed up, or decide what groups should pass you or vice versa. Ruined the course completely. Bartender was a good guy, great service on that end. Course was nice and very well maintained.
An overall challenge
Lots of distance; well kept; lovely, tricky greens: overall a good challenge for most golfers
course in good shape fast greens
front nine slow, 4some 2 groups ahead stopped at 9. Pace was incredible after finished under 4 hrs. Greens super fast. Conditions of greens fairways really great esp. consider this is known as a 'cottage course'. Several holes are really challenging, lots of hills, chutes etc. some short par 4s are easy but fun and a nice change. Beer price is up ..I thought I was at a clublink course. Need deeper sand in the bunkers. 1cm is not enough. I would rate this course 4.5 stars

As usual enjoyed pur round. Two birdies on back 9 makes it even better. We will be back.

Pace of play was rated only fair. Late afternoon teetime let a foursome get whole hole ahead at start. They could have switched us then but didn't.

Quarry Golf Club
it was our first time out this year, the course was excellent had we have played more into the season,were a little rusty.It was a very busy day on the greens as everyone must have had the same idea, thinking everyone would have been in transit or visiting with company. But all went well as we are senors and not in a rush for anything. Would highly recommend this course.

The ranger was very attentive to us as the foursome in front of us was extremely slow. He spoke with them on our behalf

very nice experience
there was a tournament on. the owner of the course guided us out to the 15th hole so as a 2some we would get through relatively quickly. we played in 3.5 hours. I have played Quarry many times. There are 2 par 4's that are a bit easy but otherwise it has some pretty challenging holes. For a 'cottage course' it really is well maintained, nice greens , fairways . Bunkers need a bit more sand I think. All in all tremendous value.
Firs time player on this course
This was the first time I played this course and the course was excellent and in great shape. My only issue was that there was no card showing the layout of the course showing the hazards and yardages from tee off to hazards. This made it challenging.

Great course anytime!
The Quarry is a great course that will challenge all levels of golfers at any time. Many tight drives to navigate, water in play, well-placed bunkers and naturalized areas all contribute to a shot-makers round of golf. Don't be fearful of the dark material in the bunkers; they play very smoothly and not much different than Ohio white sand. Greens are mostly on the smaller size but give a true roll. Always a pleasure to play the Quarry.
