Peninsula Lakes Golf Club - Hillside
About
The Hillside Course is one of three nine-hole courses at Peninsula Lakes Golf Club. It is similar to the original course at the club, the Quarry, in that water comes into play on four holes. This golf course, however, uses the many lakes scattered throughout its landscape in creative ways to provide a unique set of challenges. There are also strategically placed bunkers bordering the fairways and greens. The golf course starts out with the shortest par-4 at Peninsula Lakes Golf Club but bites back with a tricky par 3. The fourth and fifth holes are built between two lakes, making them particularly scenic but they also demand hitting straight.

Amazing course... but SLOOOOOOOW
This course is stunning and amazing
It’s a shame that they don’t have marshals out on the course to control pace of play
To play this course is a treat but ruined by the local misfits that have no consideration for pace of play or the people waiting behind them
Great place to play the game 27 holes of spectacular golf with panoramic vistas everywhere
Peninsula lake
The. Course was in fantastic shape. It was flush and green. The only problem was that they did have much to eat at the half way house. There was no coffee ready. They didn’t have any like muffin or anything much to snack on.all they had was ham sandwich, no burgers. I don’t eat pork but there was limited varieties. The staff didn’t know if the hot dog was pork or beef. I had a little altercation with one of the staff who later apologized because he was in the wrong. I would play the course again but they need a variety’s of sandwich and etc.
It was a beautiful course. Thumbs up
GREAT GOLF
played in foursome and the course was absolutely fantastic. we had a very dry summer however the staff at Penn Lakes kept the best greens and fairways i've see all year. definitely one of my favourite courses in the Niagara area.
Great
Always wonderful only comment is a little long for older people. Some forward tees would be helpful.
Price $$$ to much
Rain the night before, very wet in the fairways where actually sunk into the ground.
Wow
Definitely the best conditioned public course I’ve played this year !! Tough par 3’s and 3 shot par 5‘s provide a challenge.
Very playable, fairly generous fairways and big greens.
27 holes gives you variety for sure.
Will be back !!
Peninsula Lakes Pelham
Great course. Great day. On Orchard 2 even if you are not playing the blue go on up. It’s worth it. A little disappointed with the Marshaling. Ended first nine with no one behind us. He sent us to the “slower” second 9 and then sent several twosomes right behind us.
Parkland golf at a glacial pace
While course conditions were excellent and the course is quite interesting with a variety of hole types, the pace of play was glacial - waited on every tee. No marshals to speed things up. Not likely to return.
Always good
Great conditions - excellent staff - always a treat to play!
