Dating back to 1973, King's Forest Golf Course in Hamilton is among the top public golf courses in Ontario. The conditions are top-notch especially for a municipal course, and Ontario Golf Magazine has recognized King's Forest as a "Hidden Gem." King's Forest has hosted the Canadian Junior Golf Association Ontario finals, the Ontario Men's Amateur Championship Qualifier and the Ontario Men's Amateur Championship.

Great municipal course
The course design is challenging and fun. It is one of the best designed municipal golf courses you will find. In good shape as well considering the drought this year. Highly recommend.
Great course, very very slow pace of play
First time playing this course, great condition and layout. The pace of play was dreadfully slow, approximately 5 hours and 10 minutes to play 18 holes.
good course, staff was friendly, pace of play was bad due to a junior playoff game in front of us, we had ten people on the 11th tee waiting for the juniors to move on. would have been nice if the course had posted a warning on website, got rained out would not give me a raincheck said I had to call golfnow.
Great layout
The course was very very dry tee boxes and fairway greens not so bad but a good day if golfing
Definitely go again
Took my son for his first time but definitely not a course for kids unless the can hit a ball
