Too difficult
Too difficult for the average senior golfer, some holes from the white tees needed 190-200 yards + to reach the the fairway, very unforgiving on misplaced shots.
Not my kind of course.
Solid
A little water in some bunkers otherwise great shape for lack of rain
High winds, dry rough make it tough!
Dry weather will add to the already tough elevation challenges, I do enjoy those lol overall a challenging layout to be enjoyed. The greens were well cared for and receptive considering how dry the rough was today.
Some nice views on elevated tees. I birdied 14! Stuck it 3ft to pin with a 7 iron ciao arrivaderci
Why so expensive????
I am all for paying $100 on a Sunday for a golf course. The course better be in great condition and give me something to think about so I want to come back. First off why would you pay $100 for this course when you can pay $60 for the Beddoe or Martin muni golf course. The layout of this track is tough, but the course is super dry. I struggled to make good contact on some holes because there is no grass. Just wispy brown strands trying to be grass. If the city of Hamilton is listening, stop trying to bend over the people playing your golf course!!!!! I will not go back to this course for that kind of money. Honestly these people need to give there head a shake with these prices…….
Very tough
Played the black tees which I genwrally would do with a 2 handicap. This is no walk in the park... Very tough.
Hilly and very pretty course... Several very hard holes.
For $50 its a steal.
Wont be a quick round as the course is probably to hard for 80% of the people who pay there.
Would play again
Great course, good value
Course is in great condition. Challenging track that has plenty of variety . Pretty tough for the 1st time playing it but I will definitely return to try again. Probably one of the best values in Ontario.
Great variety of challenging holes for any level of golfer!
Great course with some challenging holes. Was impressed with pace of play and etiquette, which is rare for most courses nowadays. Enjoyed the round, and will be back
Hidden Gem
