Kings Forest
Course in great shape. Surprised restaurant was closed in middle of the day. Water refill station not handy.
Beautiful Layout, Rough Greens
Beautiful day, beautiful course, bumpy and uneven greens. I suspect the locals are abusing the course and it is tough to keep in decent shape.
Members shooting gall balls at us trying to push play
Members trying to push play and hitting ball up at us and when getting mad marshalls told us to relax . No course respect.
A good walk mostly UPHILL.
A scenic track but a challenging walk for a senior.
Course could use more sand in their sand traps IMHO.
Great Muni in Hamilton
Kings Forest is always a challenge and fun to play but would say this isn't the place for beginners. It requires solid ball striking throughout. Considering the lousy Spring we have had, the course was in good condition especially the greens. Rakes were available in the traps but the standard practice of people not raking traps after use was evident. Only complaint I have is they had 3-4 holes where the regular tee blocks were being renovated and we weren't advised before we booked.
Kings firest
Beautiful course but conditions were very wet. Maybe shouldn’t have charges full pop
Good early season round
Overall conditions were good.
Still very wet in some places.
Greens were better than I expected.
Few tee boxes are closed for renovations.
No 5, the par 3, had a temporary tee area in the fairway down the hill.
It was a little uneven around 100 yards if I remember correctly.
Glad I found out before the tournament I’m playing there in May.
I’ll always come back to kings forest.
Course is just too good not to come back.
Love at first sight
I liked the course as it has very good layout, moderate to high level of difficulty, fairway surrounded by lot of trees, fairways with high and low elevations, friendly staff at both pro shop and starting point. I would love to play again on this course.
However, this time, due to rain effects the fairways were very wet and no carts were allowed on front- nine. I hope next time I will use the cart for all 18 holes.
I highly recommend this golf course, you will enjoy.
