Dating back to 1973, King's Forest Golf Course in Hamilton is among the top public golf courses in Ontario. The conditions are top-notch especially for a municipal course, and Ontario Golf Magazine has recognized King's Forest as a "Hidden Gem." King's Forest has hosted the Canadian Junior Golf Association Ontario finals, the Ontario Men's Amateur Championship Qualifier and the Ontario Men's Amateur Championship.

Golf
Good hilly track few blind shot holes since its up n.down elevation changes but a fun course to play regardless,weve been out twice in three weeks,Staffs were friendly inside the proshop but starter guy not so much lol.The regular price for walking was over $70 but we got a good deal off of Golfnow under $60 with cart.
Great course slow play
Very slow group in front of us, Marshall's helped a little but course etiquette could be improved

Great course layout.
If this course had a higher maintenance budget it would be awesome. One of the best layouts in southwestern Ontario. Play it from the tips and you get almost 7200 yards which is rare these days.
Slow
4hrs and 40muin to play today. Pretty slow, people need to play the proper tees or pick up their pace.

Our only concern was the player’s assistant came by and told us we were reported for slow play!
Office called him and he had to react!
We had inadvertently hit into the group in front of us the hole before(blind tee shot)!, not sure how that can be construed as slow play!
It ruined an otherwise great day!
May want to survey the situation prior to accepting the callers concern!

Golf
It was our first time playing this course and all of us were impressed of how the Greens were so nice n firm The layout was beautiful hilly other then a pottle dry fairways Course were Nice and Challenging,all in all we gave it a 9/10
Really well maintained and great layout
Really enjoyed my first time playing this course. I would definitely recommend playing here.
