About
Situated at the base of Halton Hills, Hornby Glen Golf Course was built upon rolling, wide-open terrain. This affordable public course offers the quality and many of the amenities of a private club, including a clubhouse and pro shop. The tumbling landscape provides undulating fairways and expansive, rolling greens where players are likely to three-putt if not patient. Despite the golf course's hilliness, it is surprisingly easy to walk. The layout is gentle enough for beginners but it also provides an excellent way for more advanced golfers to work on their short game. The par-4 eighth is Hornby Glen Golf Course's signature hole, known for the long ravine that appears halfway down the fairway where if you get stuck, you'll be facing a blind shot to the green.

Very nice course
Course in great shape. Challenging enough but you can score. Greens roll true, most tee boxes in good condition. Fairways in good shape. Senior Tuesday is a great rate. Fair price for this course. Will definitely play here again.
Greens true, tough to get tee times
The greens are receptive and roll true break towards steeles Ave. Fairways in very good shape. Some tee boxes could use some more love but over all in good condition. Pace of play is excellent. Due to the way they allow tee times to be booked. Golfnow only 3/4 somes allowed. You can call maybe someone will answer. Try to book a week out better chance to get a tee time. Hope the zoning doesn't change. Will definitely play there again next season. Closed after Thanksgiving weekend. Cheers to the great Staff.
Very nice course
The course is in great shape. Greens putt true and are receptive. Fairways in good shape. Challenging course layout but you can score. The price is average for the area. Will return.
Decent run. Not busy during week
Went for a Wednesday round. Called ahead and somehow didn't have tee time slot I wanted so booked through golf now. Arrive at course and hardly anyone out on it. Not sure why they couldn't give me my prefered slot. Was really weird.
The course was in decent shape considering how dry it's been this summer. Fairways were firm but not hard. Greens were a touch fast but not dry. Sprinklers going which definitely helps. Decent divots were made from both. Some tricky holes and some good length from the whites. Most of the course is pretty forgiving but challenging to shoot well.
Staff are friendly. Food was decent. No drink cart but not sure if it was because of weekday or they don't do it. Even with the lighting delay, everything was very friendly.
Overall very happy experience. May be back again of I'm in the area.
Great day on the course
Hornby Glen is a bargain Walkable course, was quite dry with the lack of rain, but the greens were still in good shape. Good value for the money.
I will be back to play again.
