About
Located near the shore of Lake Scugog, Wolf Run Golf Club is an 18-hole David Clayton design that challenges Ontario golfers of all skill levels with four sets of bentgrass tees. The golf course is approximately 6,700 yards from the tips, and the back nine features a challenging stretch of five consecutive par-4 holes. Private, group and playing lessons are available from CPGA Professionals at Wolf Run Golf Club.

Good value for your money!
Overall it is an excellent course! People need ro play appropriate tee blocks as the course is challenging. Probably gets cottages on the weekend. One of my favourite courses!
Friendly staff
Course is well kept. Best part of golfing here is the staff who are quite accommodating to out of town guests like my wife and me. The staff have consistently tailored deals with vistors in mind. We appreciate coming to an area with deals in hand and making tee times whenever we require. We will always come to this course as we visit annually.
Nice day in April
The course was in great shape for April. The greens were a bit slow, but very green and not too soft. The course played in less than four hours with a foursome in front of us. The staff was super friendly as always.
Love it
My dad and I make it a point to play wolf run as much as we can. The course is great and we are treated amazing. I recommend this course to anyone I talk to who golfs in the area.
TREMENDOUS VALUE - FUN TO PLAY
Almost always in impeccable condition. Big, fast greens. Room to let the big dog eat on most holes.
Unexpected
When we arrived the man in the pro shop was confused why we were there when we arrived! Said the the course was closed and said oh ok golf now, that's the only reason we got out because it was prepaid! need better communication between courses and golf now!
Nice Greens
Despite the tough dry summer we've had the course was in great shape and the greens were true and receptive to approach shots. Tee shot placement is important on a number of holes to ensure your not blocked out by tree(s), ie holes 5, 8, 9, 14.

This course is well maintained.
Great course and accommodating staff. Use water from the lake, so course is green not brown!! Challenging, but not impossible.
Friendly staff
The entire staff at Wolf Run is awesome. Always friendly and welcoming. The course can play long, with some challenging holes. Green are in fantastic shape.

Very nice course and well maintained. A most enjoyable afternoon of golf.
A Hidden Gem
Staff are always friendly and the course is always in great shape. Greens are some of the best I've ever played. Course plays very long from the tips and you need every shot in your bag.
bad bad bad!
The course was in horrible condition ,except for the greens. they were fine. 4hr55mii round. Marshall who did nothing but sit and stare at everyone teeing off! Unacceptable!!
Fun and relatively challenging
Good value for money deal, challenging layout but Proshop staff attitude not friendly.
I use to play there 10 times a year but my last time was about 6-7 years ago. Something changed and I experienced the same thing as you time after time. The last straw was when we were behind a group that took 25 minutes to play the 1st hole and when my buddy and I (who are a 6 and 10 handicap) said something to the Marshall he basically said tough luck, looks like it will be a slow day for you. Haven't been back since.
