Tucked away in the scenic Niagara Escarpment, Lowville Golf Club offers scenic views of the greater Toronto area. The layout blends seamlessly with the natural landscape, creating a picturesque golf setting that the Toronto Star's "Bogey Man" has touted as the most scenic in the area. The golf course has also received top honors from the same publication as the most improved club. This challenging, 18-hole course features several downhill tee shots that can really carry, making it a fun course for long hitters. Lowville Golf Club's 12th hole is notably entertaining. It is a long par-5 that requires a long carry off the tee to a tricky green.

Prepaid tee times, awful customer support
Considering the course washes their hands of any transactions, we had to take a rain check and it was an absolute treat trying to get through to golf now for almost an hour while they investigated with lowville (you apparently were not answering the phones) to confirm that it was raining. I’d say that it would have been more enjoyable to play in the rain for 2 hours than dealing with this dysfunctional system.
Considering the sheer number of golf options within a 20 min drive, courses where the clubhouse deals with the customers instead of some phone centre on a different continent, this is likely my last time at lowville. It’s a shame, because the course is quite enjoyable.
Great Experience !
Love the course. Conditions were excellent. One issue, the yardage on the tees on the par 3s were not marked to allow for proper club selection. Please fix that.

I like the course
Course was in good shape. I find it a little pricey though. Basically $200 for two of us with a cart. We played on a Sunday afternoon, hoping to have dinner there afterwards. Unfortunately dining room closed at 4 so that was not possible
Great weather for golf!
The course was in good condition. The only thing we were disappointed in was that we couldn’t have lunch after our round of golf. We were told that it was only “grab and go” with just sandwiches, They don’t have kitchen staff on Mondays. It would have been also nice to have the beverage cart coming round during our round.
Good course for average/ beginners
Fairly open fair ways and mainly straight. Greens have a challenge for putting.
Pretty easy and low stress levels
Great course, better view
Always start my season at Lowville and this first round showcased the course to be in great shape. Greens ere perfect and tee boxes were crisp. Staff are always friendly and accommodating and they got us out early.
Pace of play us too slow
Good course but tee times need to spread further apart and need to be marshaled. For 200 hundred dollars fo two.8
Marshal was extremely rude and insulting
The marshal was extremely rude and because of that i will never play here again. I am a regular golfer and i have never had a marshal harass you as you play when there are no groups behind you that are being held up.
