Legends on the Niagara is home to several entertaining golf courses that appeal to players of all skill levels, This unique complex is home to two championship golf courses, a nine-hole course, and a unique 18-hole putting course. The Battlefield Course is one of the 18-hole, championship courses, so named because of the facility's location on the hallowed grounds of the legendary Battle of Chippewa during the War of 1812. The layout features an impressive man-made lake that spans nearly 20 acres and comes into play on at least four holes. The 13th hole is particularly notable for its spectacular view of Niagara Falls in the distance.

Great round at Battlefield
Awesome Course and very well maintained! Enjoyable and challenging, will be back!

The course was in near-perfect condition. All staffs were amazing (pro-shop, stater, beverage cart, halfway house & bartender). We were very impressed!
Niagara Parks Always Gets It Right
I love the Niagara Parks Golf Courses. I'd hazard to say that they may be some of the best Munis in the entire world.
I usually play Ussher's Creek and Whirlpool but decided to get back out on Battlefield after a few year hiatus from that course and I was not disappointed. The layout is wonderful and, in spite of our cold and wet Spring in the Buffalo/Niagara Region, the course is in amazing shape. The green rolled true and were fast but they held decent approach shots well. The fairways were great too.
We stopped for a quick bite afterward and watched folks struggle on Battlefield's 18th (a very challenging par 5 with water all over and the food and service were really great too.
Don't pass on Battlefield. Don't pass on Niagara Parks. If you are from outside the region, come here on vacation and be sure to get over to Buffalo too!
Windy and Cool
18 Deg day with Sun but with wind off the lake, felt much cooler. Course is in excellent shape , greens also quite fast. IMO, one of the nicest courses in the Niagara Region
Great course, great people!
Course was in great condition even this early in the season. Greens rolled well. The whole facility from course, to practice area, to pro shop personnel was incredible! If we ever make it back to the area, will definitely play again. And to top it off, the rates are better than most courses I have seen with comparable facilities and conditions.
To my fellow amateur golfers
To my fellow amateur golfers if you have never driven the golf ball over 300 yards on the driving range do not ever I want to emphasis ever consider that you would actually be able to accomplish said feat on the course that being said, you should always tee off as the pairing in front of you clear away from the 150 yard markers on any par four or par five the group in front of us was very ignorant and refused to do so. As if one of them with their 115 yard drives was ever going to hit the green. Other than that the course was in immaculate condition, and the staff was great. They just need to send the Marshall around more often to help with the pace of play.
Still My Favourite Course in Niagara Region
Nice not to have only cart path rule. Greens were not at peak and slower than it will be in the peek season.
Work on traps get 5 stars
Was only in one. It was poor. Needs more sand and worked up more. Whites at 440 par 4?
No option to cancel play due to weather
Weather was terrible and no way to cancel play without losing money.
One of the Best Courses in Ontario
Early May conditions resulted in cart path only, which is a pain that the round was just over 5 hours. However, I love this course no matter the wait times.
Excellent course for Average golfers
Very wet because of the rain. Path only slowed round down but it’s understandable. Good on course facilities and course was very well kept.
Good value and very accommodating for average golfers with wide fairways and not too many hazards
