Legends on the Niagara is home to several entertaining golf courses that appeal to players of all skill levels, This unique complex is home to two championship golf courses, a nine-hole course, and a unique 18-hole putting course. The Battlefield Course is one of the 18-hole, championship courses, so named because of the facility's location on the hallowed grounds of the legendary Battle of Chippewa during the War of 1812. The layout features an impressive man-made lake that spans nearly 20 acres and comes into play on at least four holes. The 13th hole is particularly notable for its spectacular view of Niagara Falls in the distance.

One of Niagara's Courses to Play
Very enjoyable course. Wide fairways. Quick greens. Rate of play under four hours. Will play again when in the area. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
No food or water after 3pm on Sunday
Really enjoyed the Battlefield course. It is in great condition! I played Sunday at 1:30pm, and had hoped to grab lunch on the course. Shockingly the half way house closes at 3pm (no mention of this when I checked in, or by the attendant/starter. On a hot day, we were hungry and thirsty. Told the cart girl would be sent to help us. Get to the 12th hole, and no sandwiches or water. Lunch was chocolate bars and over priced beers. If you are going to charge me a premium green fee on Sunday, you should back it up with services and amenities corresponding to the fees paid. Basically the course shuts down at 3pm Sunday. Buyer beware
Great course
Peaceful layout but challenging. Friendly staff. Well maintained green. Good price. Nothing to complain but pace of play a bit slow. Definitely recommend it
Challenging
A great course and would be a good challenge for any golfer. Bunkers are kept in great condition. Course is designed nicely into the existing woodland area. Very scenic and a must to play in Niagara.
Good Friday night
Course in good shape. We followed an event going on and there was a lot of ball marks on the greens Pace was a little slow and at the turn asked if we could good to Ushers Creek for our second nine and the staff were very accommodating and let us do this.
This golf course is in awesome condition, staff is friendly, all good there
The downside is that they have a huge clubhouse with NO service , no food other than hotdog no way to sit and relax on patio after round
