Legends on the Niagara Golf Course - Ussher's Creek
About
The Ussher's Creek Course at Legends on the Niagara is one of two championship courses at this unique complex, which is also home to a nine-hole course and a unique, 3-acre, 18-hole putting course. The meandering creek after which the golf course is named, snakes through a number of holes, making pinpoint accuracy a necessity. The scenic layout, which borders the Niagara River, features tree-lined fairways and tall, thick fescue rough. There are also wetland hazards coming into play throughout. Doglegs, well placed bunkers, and prevailing wind are all challenging elements that come into play but generous fairways add a player-friendly touch to the Ussher's Creek course at Legends on the Niagara.

Golfer Reviews
Over zealous marshals
Fantastic course. Will be very nice once the weather is consistently better and the greens and fairways are growing. The marshals are a little over zealous about pace of play considering it’s a public course and it’s still springtime. Will definitely be back though.
Absolutely terrible
First, the good. I birdied the ninth.
Everything else was terrible, and I’d say this is one of my 5 favourite Niagara courses. Greens bumpy, patchy and uncut, no ball washers, garbage cans overflowing, no food service. But at least it was a 5 1/2 hour round. Drunks playing shirtless was a nice touch.
I’ve brought guests here before. Thank god I didn’t yesterday. What an embarrassment. Will think hard before returning.
Spring Conditions are Fine
Fairways and tee boxes are well maintained. Front 9 greens were quick and generally true roll. However, back 9 greens were slow and bumpy. Back 9 sand also was thin.
You can't go wrong with a Legends on the Niagara experience.
From Beautiful Greens and Fairways, with abundance of Wildlife to enjoy while spending the day at Legends. The Club house and Marshals are friendly and accommodating.
Course was in good shape
Pace of play was terrible. I don’t understand how almost every hole my friend and I waited 5-8 mins.. almost 4.5 hours for us to finish was brutal. I love the course but not when it’s that slow.
Fantastic Course
Course was in excellent shape for the time of year but let me say save your $7 on the hot dogs worst dog ever
Always cart path only
99 % of the time we play Legends it is cart path only...need better drainage or give a better rate for players. The round is over 5 hours because of this and the fairways were not wet enough to keep carts off. Worst deal out there.

Beautiful day out at Ushers. Got a hot deal for $35 18 with cart. Everyone cancelled due to rain concern howeever it did not rain at all and we had the course to ourselves.
Consistently great
This continues to be one of my favorite course in Niagara. Greens roll well, fairways are well manicured and it's generally pleasing to the eye. I played last week and the wind seemed to be blowing in the opposite direction which literally turns this course upside down. Today the 445yrd par 4 was actually kinda reachable with 2 good shots. Last week it seemed like cruel and unusual punishment! I will likely be back one more time before the season ends.
