About
Willodell Golf Club of Niagara is neighbored by Lyon Creek to one side and Tee Creek to the other. The championship layout sprawls across rolling hills covered with mature trees, which border the undulating fairways. Several ponds and two creeks come into play on 10 holes. There are numerous strategically placed bunkers to contend with in addition to the water hazards. The layout features a mix of driving holes, strategic holes, and some tough par 3s. Being so diverse, the golf course appeals to a range of different skill levels and tastes. The fifth hole is Willodell Golf Club's most difficult par 3 with trees right and left and a frontal bunker that forces a full carry to the green, which is also bunkered on both sides with grassy lateral hazards that sit beyond the sand.

To much for carts $25 +tax
Course in fair shape for all the use this year. Tee boxes could use some water. Greens very firm.

Marshall gives us BUMS RUSH after two par 5 to start sez there is 2 open holes
I reply big deal they teed off half an hour before us and it was not a race. mucked up our round.

Parking lot
I used to like this course but this time it was awful. Might as well have been playing in a parking lot. Everything was dry. The greens were like rock. When you hit a green on a par 3 you should not end up in a bunker on a different green. I do not recommend this course.

Really enjoy playing here
Play this course at least once a week. In great shape especially when you consider the hot dry summer we had. Greens and fairways are almost perfect. Tee boxes can use a little work. Staff are always friendly and welcoming. Really look forward to our rounds here.
Won’t go back
Very disappointed. Very slow play. A lot of “yahoo’s” on the course. Who don’t understand course etiquette. Took us almost 3 hours to play the front nine and there were 4 groups on the 10th tee. We went back and replayed the front nine and played it in 2 hours. I will not return to this course.

Poor tee decks
The greens were by far the best part of the course. The tee decks were in terrible condition, looked more like rough with weeds and poorly maintained grass.

I thought the whole course in general needs a lot more TLC. The tee boxes, fairways and greens were in rough shape I thought. I've always liked the course but this year is the worst I've seen it. Just being honest!

Forgiving miss hits.
I found the course to be forgiving on miss hits. Never have I played a full round with the same ball I started with.
The fairways could use some work. I found the fairways to contain way too many bumps and rough grounds. I've played many different courses and this one ranks tops for way too many bumps.
