About
Located in a spectacular natural setting against the backdrop of the Niagara River whirlpool and gorge, this magnificent and challenging championship course was designed by the legendary golf architect Stanley Thompson. Owned and operated by The Niagara Parks Commission since 1951, Whirlpool is considered as one of the Top 100 Courses in Canada.
Directions: From Toronto: Approach Niagara Falls on the QEW. Just after crossing the St. Catharines Skyway, take the 405 exit towards the Queenston-Lewiston Bridge to the USA. Just before the bridge, take the last exit to the Niagara Parkway. Turn right off the ramp onto the Niagara Parkway. Whirlpool Golf Course is 4km down the road on the right hand side

Very pleasurable
No further comments required and I will play there again w/o hesitation
Customer doesn't come first
We were there for a bachelor weekend. Only 5 of us, we couldn't play together which was fine but we were paired with two younger players. We wanted to break from them so we played ahead as if we were faster and we held no one up at all. Not 6 holes in we were told we can't do that, yet no one was being affected at all or the pace of play. Rude staff and would not come back. Course is in poor shape for the price. Grand Niagara is the same price and in excellent private club conditions. Go there instead.
Very Nice
I expected a great time and a great time I had......I will add however It would have been cheaper to have booked thru the course....Golf Now charged the same as the course then added a $5 service fee......in the past years it would have been a better deal thru Golf Now even with the service fee.....disappointing...
Father’s Day round
Course was in great condition. Pace of play was decent.
Beautiful day at Whirlpool
Course is in amazing shape. Only the second time I played it. Did much better this time, but there was only room for improvement anyway. Played as a foursome in just over 3.5 hours, despite playing behind a group of 5. Visit Canada often and will be back again.
A nice birthday gift!!
We went for my husbands birthday and enjoyed the course and day. The course was in good shape despite a downpour the night before! The course plays VERY long and would benefit from another forward set of tee blocks!!
It’s not quite as “scenic” as the name Whirlpool implies, but we had fun there!
Great as always!
The tee boxes, traps, and greens were in fantastic shape. The course is somewhat friendly but also has its challenges. The only negative was the length of the rough… a bit too tricky for us bogey golfers. :)
We also had a surprise visit from this little cutie while walking down the 18th fairway….
