Situated amidst the scenic Georgian Triangle, Batteaux Creek Golf Club stretches across 250 acres of rolling hills that are sprinkled with lakes and ponds. The challenging, 18-hole links layout has many risk-and-reward opportunities that appeal to players of all skill levels. The greens are undulating and quite large, allowing for numerous ball placement choices, and the landing areas are generous but the middle is not always the best shot. There are bentgrass fairways and numerous bunker’s strategically placed throughout in addition to the water hazards. One of Batteaux Creek Golf Club’s most interesting holes is the par-5 17th, which is a dogleg left that features a pond on the left that filters into a creek that then crosses the hole diagonally from 150 yards in.

It was a quiet long weekend. No pressure.
Well laid out manicured 18 hole course,
Golf course was in great shape especially for being so early in the year. Staff were very accommodating and friendly . This course is definitely on our radar for a few more rounds this year.

Great course
Best course I've ever been on I'm still a beginner so was hard for me but like I said best course I've bin on that have a driving range off to the side with free balls you can hit of ya show up early

Beautiful track that can be very challenging.
Played here on May 2nd. Course is in great shape, greens are quick and respond to spin on the ball well. First time playing and was very impressed with the layout of the course and the amount of well placed bunkers really making approach and tee shots challenging. Played from the tips and it was quite a challenge, much more manageable when moving up tees but great 7050 yards from the tips. Will definitely be looking to play it again this year.

Great Shape For April
This is my second round here this year and the course is in great shape. There is good drainage and the course plays well even in the heavy rain. Staff are great as always. I always enjoy my round here.

Long and challenging
Long and challenging golf course was worth the drive. Sandtraps are hard and cant really dig through them. This golf course is highly recommended for average to low handicappers.
Challenging course with great scenery
Always worth playing a round here when visiting Collinwood. Good value for a quality course....pack lots of golf balls as layout is unforgiving if you spray the ball. Only critique is that the bunkers need work...very shallow with sand being hard packed.
WONDERFUL GOLF COURSE!
Greens and fairways are always consistently good! My husband and I are considering joining next year.
excellent outing
Fairways and greens very good. Staff very friendly. Hot deal rate excellent as regular rack rate too high for the average golfer. A pleasure to play. Tuesday's are 2 for 1 which is a good promotion.
Quite a Surprise
First time playing this course and will definitely come back. It is moderately challenging but fair if you stay on the fairway.
Great Course but Greenside Bunkers Need Refill
Have played this course several times. Great conditions, save the greenside bunkers that tend to be very shallow/need refilling. Found it very difficult to get the ball up in the air as your club bounced off the pack hard surface.
Recommend booking early tee times. We booked 6:50 and were the first ones out and did our round in less than 3.5 hrs.! Felt like we were the only ones on the course.
Despite the shortfall on the greenside bunkers, the course overall is one of the best in the Collingwood area. Highly recommend it. Just stay out of the greenside bunkers. :-)
Collingwood golf escape
My son and I tried this course on s friends recommendation. We were not disappointed.
We teed off quite early and sped through 18 in under 4 hours. The course conditions were excellent. The grass on the driving range was the best i have used.
The greens were quite fast and tricky at times. Each hole is unique and fun to play.
My only criticism would be all the par 3's are around the same length.
Great challenge for low handicap players!
Fast greens and so easy to get out of focus because of beautiful Blue Mountain View.
Gorgeous views
Love this course, & it's still in good shape, with spectacular views, but not as good as last time we were there a few years ago.
