Glen Abbey Golf Club

A great experience, playing on the 'go to' Canadian Open course as so many pros. And also very happy they keep the rough cut lower for regular rounds as that would make the course extremely difficult to play for the average golfer. Course was in immaculate condition and we thoroughly enjoyed our time at Glen Abbey

This was my dream to play round of golf. I have wanted to play here since I started golfing. I was somewhat disappointed (well because of Covid) that there were no rakes or ball cleaners, but it didn't take away from the scenic course.

I enjoyed it very much.

Covid aside, now that it will remain a golf course its time to invest some money into everything.

Course was soaked and the greens were full of wet sand!

We’ve been here before but after this round won’t return. For $200 I can go to Wooden Sticks and get meals included. Glen Abbey didn’t even have a drink/ snack cart go around during the day. Played numerous courses a lot cheaper and they had drink cart. Staff in pro shop not that friendly, won’t be returning.

This course has been on my wish list for 25 years and all I can say is wow, it is one of the best courses I have played anywhere.

The fairways and greens were in excellent condition.

The staff were very friendly and helpful.

We will definitely play here again.

5 hour round. If you want to play a round of engaging uninterrupted golf play anywhere else. Very long delays and no Marshalls to monitor pace of play Will never play there again. $150 for a round on freshly aerated greens (not disclosed upon booking). Can’t use Covid as excuse. Many other golf courses managing pace of play far better

The course was great however the greens had been recently punched and I would have not booked the course and paid the price I paid had I known the greens would be in those conditions. It was disappointing considering the cost.

Nothing is more disappointing than showing up for an early tee time as aeration begins on a historic and expensive course.. thats what i saw driving in. the price doesn't reflect this.... at almost 200 per person.(and I am a clublink member not being able to get a tee time).... having the option I would not book here knowing those details prior...or if they are offering a discount i would consider it. between tee times and drinks we dropped $1000.00. I expect top notch for that price. please if possible notify people prior to booking.
